I agree with you that Mel is an outstanding member. You are also an outstanding member. This site has quite a few quality peeps and I'm blessed by knowing you and Mel. We are family here.
I'm seriously considering another career. At my age I have just enough time. I desire a change in my work dynamic. I have prayed on this and at the point where I must make a move in a more positive direction.
