Six hours of sleep is pretty good.
If I had insomnia, I think I would make myself do 20 minutes of cardio right before bed. Maybe it would wear me out and cause me to sleep.
Well, Didy, you seem to be coherent and make perfect sense so, 4 to 6 hours must be all you need.
I do enjoy a full 8 hours, or I get sarcastic! Still laughing but, not in a nice way! LOL!
