The belief that Christian worship must be conducted on a Gregorian Saturday (to the exclusion of a Gregorian Sunday) is something anti-Trinitarian groups are known for pushing.
Now you come to mention it, I can well imagine that to be the case.

well, the first question would be how to read the bible
literally true?
because i think it's hard to reconcile Abraham being Canaanite with done scriptures, taken literally
Seems like you ignore Biblical history. The lineage of the Israelites is documented in Genesis. They are Canaanite only by moving to that region. Thus you have to say the Bible is wrong to say they were Canaanites. This concept on a Christian web site What next? Jesus just a man? Super liberal reading of scripture.

Mat 12:12, "And how much more valuable is a man than a sheep? Therefore, it is Lawful to do righteousness on the Sabbath."
Mark 3:4, “And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do right on the Sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.”
Isayah 58:11-14, "YHWH will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and make fat; (strengthen), your bones. You will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. And those of you will rebuild the old waste places; you will raise up the foundations of many generations; and you will be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In; If you turn away your foot from breaking the Sabbath: from doing your pleasure; your own business, your own pleasure, on My holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight; the holy day of YHWH honorable, and will honor Him by not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor engaging in idle conversation: Then you will find your joy in YHWH; and I will cause you to ride on the high places of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Yaaqob your father, for the mouth of YHWH has spoken it."
Isaiah 56:1-7, “Thus said יהוה, “Guard right-ruling, and do righteousness, for near is My deliverance to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who becomes strong in it, guarding the Sabbath lest he profane it, and guarding his hand from doing any evil. And let not the son of the gentile who has joined himself to יהוה speak, saying, ‘יהוה has certainly separated me from His people,’ nor let the eunuch say, ‘Look I am a dry tree.’ For thus said יהוה, “To the eunuchs who guard My Sabbaths, and have chosen what pleases Me, and are holding onto My covenant: to them I shall give in My house and within My walls a place and a name better than that of sons and daughters – I give them an everlasting name that is not cut off. Also the sons of the gentile who join themselves to יהוה, to serve Him, and to love the Name of יהוה, to be His servants, all who guard the Sabbath, and not profane it, and are holding onto My covenant, them I shall bring to My set-apart mountain, and let them rejoice in My house of prayer. Their ascending offerings and their sacrifices are accepted on My altar, for My house is called a house of prayer for all the peoples.”
Abraham (Abram) wasn't a Canaanite. He was the progenitor of the Israelites who are descended from him through Isaac and Jacob. They were already living in the Promised Land, long before Moses invaded.
Shamah,
Hebrews 10,25
NOT forsaking the assembling of OURSELVES [Christians] together, as the manner of SOME is; but extorting one another.....
Christians couldn't follow the above instructions by assembling themselves WITH practicing Jews...
...They could only comply with the instruction by assembling THEMSELVES together.
...Which is exactly what the Bible says they ( the Christians ) did.
Christians "assembled" themselves together on the 1st day of the week.
Acts 4, 31
"And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness"
Acts 20, 7"And upon the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK, WHEN the disciples came together to break bread...."1 Cor 16, 2
[SUB][/SUB]
Paul came and met with "assembled Christians" on the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK.
Again, folks who insist on a Gregorian Saturday as being required for worship to the exclusion of Sunday ARE ANTI-TRINITARIANS who also reject the doctrine of Hell & maintain that The Father was a flesh and bone hominid God.
You speak of being saved but not of living for Christ. That is give me religion, not at all what God wants for us who He created and loves. You are not saved by obeying the law, your salvation is a gift from the Lord. From the council of Jerusalem Acts 15
“The brothers, both the apostles and the elders, to the brothers who are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia, greetings.24 Since we have heard that some persons have gone out from us and troubled you with words, unsettling your minds, although we gave them no instructions,25 it has seemed good to us, having come to one accord, to choose men and send them to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.27 We have therefore sent Judas and Silas, who themselves will tell you the same things by word of mouth.28 For it has seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay on you no greater burden than these requirements:29 that you abstain from what has been sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and from what has been strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well. Farewell.”
This is all that is required of Gentile Christians to be saved, verse 29, there is no mention of keeping the Sabbath. This letter was written because of people trying to make Gentile Christians keep parts of the Law, when Christians are not required to do so. So as you said, I will listen to God and not man because it seemed good to the Holy Spirit to give these guidelines.
Do you think you are obeying the rules of God and not men by disobeying all God says about the Sabbath? That doesn't make sense to me.I did. It comes across as an attack. Just tone it down a bit.
Colossians 2 NIV
9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, 10 and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority. 11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self ruled by the flesh was put off when you were circumcised by Christ, 12 having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.
13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, 14 having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. 15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
Freedom From Human Rules
16 Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. 17 These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ. 18 Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you. Such a person also goes into great detail about what they have seen; they are puffed up with idle notions by their unspiritual mind. 19 They have lost connection with the head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow.
20 Since you died with Christ to the elemental spiritual forces of this world, why, as though you still belonged to the world, do you submit to its rules: 21 “Do not handle! Do not taste! Do not touch!”? 22 These rules, which have to do with things that are all destined to perish with use, are based on merely human commands and teachings. 23 Such regulations indeed have an appearance of wisdom, with their self-imposed worship, their false humility and their harsh treatment of the body, but they lack any value in restraining sensual indulgence.
Hebrew 10:25, acts 4:32 does not specify a day.
I think you need to check the greel on acts 20:7, and they broke bread EVERY DAY:
Acts 2:46
"The Church" didn't assemble themselves together every day as many were slaves...
...Of course they continued "evangelizing" in the Synagogue until they were ejected.
...Exactly as Jesus said they would in the future be.
What Hebrews 10:25 is talking about is "Christians" assembling THEMSELVES together...
...This couldn't be done in a "Synagogue" it was done in home Churches.
...Groups of Christians who assembled themselves together APART from religious Jews.
One day was set aside for the Children of Israel under the law of Moses...
...A "ceremonial law" among MANY other "ceremonial laws".
...Ceremonial laws require instruction - Moral Laws DON'T.
Why do you always cut out the part pf my post that proves my point?
Shamah said:every believe has never assembled at one single time, but Scripture does indded say they met every day:
Shamah said:
you used Hebrews 10:25 as specifying Sunday, it is not about any particular day for or against...
Shamah said:I guess we can say any Law we dont like is "ceremonial"
Shamah said:Seems Yahshua and YHWH do not see the Sabbath as "ceremonial":
Shamah said:Mat 12:12, "And how much more valuable is a man than a sheep? Therefore, it is Lawful to do righteousness on the Sabbath."
Mark 3:4, “And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do right on the Sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.”
