sure sure....how can you want to be free from a law that is spiritual, eternal, holy, just and good ????
don't think we are even talking about the same law/works that were bondage and have been dealt with on the cross Eph 2v15; Col 2v14.
You are the one who referred to Romans 7!
Paul explains it perfectly
Obviously, you have no idea what is being said there - or you have rejected it.

Anytime you and others try to tell me that I am obliged to observe the Sabbath you are referring to the Torah and an obsolete covenant.
You are a legalist (read heretic) who is forever trying to enslave others and put them into bondage...

There is nothing hard to understand with Paul - nothing he says is that subtle....
Paul's theology is not hard to understand, but he may be hard to ACCEPT!
Salvation by grace through faith, not works (Ephesians 2:8,9) is not hard to understand. It's just hard for works-salvationists/legalists who prefer salvation by "grace plus law, faith plus works" to ACCEPT.

agreed...neither did I mention it....you did.

so, you do want to talk about the mount of transfiguration experience , because it messes up your personal theology ( not Biblical theology , ).

The ones The Word which became Flesh Created for us. He calls them HIS Feasts. Yu don't know about them?

i know there are many feasts talked about in the scriptures

let's start with this one

Genesis 19: 3. And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.

do you meet on that feast?

The ones The Word which became Flesh Created for us. He calls them HIS Feasts. Yu don't know about them?

in your view

which one is The Word which became Flesh*here

Psalm 110: 1. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

The LORD
or
my Lord
or both?

and they are the same...seeing He and His Father are ONE !

I will agree that Jesus moved from the 'letter of the OT' to 'GRACE in the NT....but that in no way 'negates' the Commandments !
Then do as the 1 God commands.

Seems you ahve a pre disposition and are not able to consider anything than where you already stand, I have never met anyone that knows every truth...

Maybe you can elaborate on how Hebrews 4 means the Sabbath is every second of every day by showing where that principle is written? If you can not prove this through the word only I would say it is likely that it is you that have the “weird take on it” as you say I do…

I am able to present what I believe Hebrews 4 means using Scripture

Oh puleeez!!!

Sanctimony on steroids....
A whole orchestra of violins must be playing...

No New covenant believer has ANY obligation to the Torah - pure and simple!
And the reason why is that the Torah is part of the Sinaitic covenant and no New covenant believer has anything to do with that covenant...
Christians believe the whole Bible is the Word of God! That goes from Genesis to Revelation! There are sections of the law that don't apply to everyone. The following lists the 613 rules of the law and a discussion about it. Read and learn. The list is divided into sections.

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Absolutely correct. One of my favorite sections of scripture. Proves Jesus is God incarnate. Goes with the verse with Jesus saying, "I and the Father are one."

You will not find a reference to the word "Sabbath" prior to Exodus 16:23!

It cannot be argued that the command to observe the Sabbath is eternal....
It is part of the Torah and a central part of the Sinaitic covenant.
Simply put - a New covenant believer has absolutely no obligation to the Torah which is part of the Sinaitic covenant...

it is simple

yet a person who wants to be under (the curse of) a tutor

want to try to undue the Simple

I know, Right?

The implications of what these scriptures reveal is astounding to me.

Luke 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:

Lev. 19:34 But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Is this not one the Christ's sayings?

This truth changed my life Endo, and is the reason, I believe, why I see the scriptures the way I do.

Thank you for your thoughtful reply.

Glory be to the Word which became Flesh.

Yes everything starts with physical and hopefully progresses to spiritual....2000 years later we hope to see progress !Joh 4v24.
We should meet 'in person if we can but it's no longer the only way....the world and people have got so bad you may have to go a very very long way to find 'like-minded.

"everything starts with physical and hopefully progresses to spiritual"

so true
and that's for law keeping too, imo

"We should meet 'in person if we can but it's no longer the only way...."

it's the only way to gather together

but if we*walk in the Light as*He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another

"the world and people have got so bad you may have to go a very very long way to find 'like-minded."

how far do you personally have to go?

which one is The Word which became Flesh in psalm 110

The LORD
or
my Lord
or both?

the question isn't
Is Jesus God

it's
Is Jesus the same as yhwh?
Is Jesus the same as the father?

the law is no longer supported by the developer

the law is a single script

and requires particular "libraries" - such as the temple and Urim and Thummim - to run without bugs
