If only the prices were still that price:rolleyes:
Yes, it is quite expensive to go to a movie in the theaters any more. Among many other gifts cards, I gave my daughter a $50.00 (fifty dollar) Cineplex card for Christmas, and she gave me $35.00 (thirty five dollars) in Spaghetti Factory gift cards, and we used it all up in one night's outing not too long ago when we went to see Jumanji in 3D

Oh wow, thats a bit like here as well, it costs a good $40 bucks to buy tickets for two people and on top of that popcorn, drinks, chocolate, and if you’re lucky icecream.... even our movie theatres are expensive, they can charge $6.00 for a bag of m&ms :o

She took me out for dinner and a movie last weekend also, her treat, because it was my belated birthday celebration haha. We went to the same cinema and restaurant. She worried that maybe I would rather go somewhere else for my birthday meal weeks after the fact, but I assured her that The Old Spaghetti Factory was a very nice place to have a meal, and in fact, I was quite impressed with what we'd had the previous time we were there blowing our Christmas bling :D The fact that the restaurant is also very close to the theatre is a definite plus :) The less fuss and rush, the better :D

Good nite josie, sleep well. We will see you tomorrow. I just had a nap for about 1-1/2 hrs. So I'll stay up a while.

Yeah, they make a killing on the extras. Even water costs an arm and a leg  However, since we always seem to go right after dinner, we don't always get popcorn and drinks. Ugh, those carbonated drinks are far too sugary anyways :p

I drank a 2 Liter Diet Coke once, and that was bloating ... I can't imagine a cat having 13 Liters. And by the way, who takes these statistics on average Cat drinking amounts? Do they follow it around everyday for a year to see the 3 liters being consumed on average? By the way you mis-spelled Liter like a lot! Just sayin' ! But I forgive you for I too have made mistakes. LOL :). (I love the last bit of irony there)

Writing correctness! Lol
