Good nite tourist. I am still laughing about Gilligan's Island. They don't make 'em like that anymore. Sleep tight, I'll probably last a couple more hours then I'll be retiring also.

Cancel that cherry pie. I just had a piece of sweet potato pie and a cuppa, which I am still sipping. The sweet potato pie doesn't bother my stomach like pumkin pie does. It must be the spices in the pumpkin.

Amen and Amen! It is twice worthy to be here! And after listening to her latest song inclusion I must say- I have been to Church now twice as well. Jesus my Lord! You are the Joy of the whole world!
Hello Slave, I've had a good day. Thanks for asking.....in just one word...how is your "mother-in-law" doing?

This is a powerful passage. The God of the Bible is one of compassion. He comforts us when we go through trials. But it doesn’t stop there. Our troubles give us a vocabulary to help others who are going through the same thing! We may think that our circumstances make us unable to minister, but the Scripture tells us that the very weight around our neck can become the launching pad for ministry to others. Where others see failure and struggle, God sees the qualifications to be used mightily. No wonder the apostle Paul went into praise!Praise be to the God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of ALL COMFORT, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows. (2 Corinthians 1:3-5).
I've come bearing gifts: Forget the Frankincense, and Myrrh lets do these this time instead for in it we can still honor Jesus (I pray):

Can I have them all. I promise I won't gulp and make myself sick. HAHa... Man, I am charged up reviewing my book. I am posting like crazy in the BDF and the PR forum. Pray I don't get kicked off the latter, I may have been a little bold there.
