I stopped reading at "refried beans." That is the cheap way to do it, and not very tasty.
The REAL way to fatten your girl up is to find a good pizza joint, something better than Pizza Hut or Papa John's, and get her hooked on a steady supply of good pizza.
It also helps if you know how to make good desserts using real cream. Heavy whipping cream is best, or at least it's the best option that is easily found in local grocery stores.
Then there's this chocolate maker up in Vermont that makes really good chocolate...

I'm a real sweet guy, at least that is what My mom tells me as well as my other 10 brothers and sisters, I need a woman that can see through my defenses and tear them down like a fiesta piñata.
