Ahab was wounded by a certain man, but Ahab went up because of a lying spirit.

Ahab had disguised himself in the battle, yet God knew where he was and a randomly shot arrow from the enemy killed him! So, my guess would be ........ God did it! He was very upset with Ahab! ;)
 
Yes ultimately it was God who killed Ahab, but who was the human instrument?

And yes, I know that whoever shot him with the arrow didn't know who he was. :D
