You're right about that.Which is why I said that I needed to gear up..put on that whole armour of God In order to not fall weak to the flesh through temptions.
I did call her around 4p.m as soon as she got off from her job and we've made plans to grab dinner and possibly a movie tonight...Which is a simple plan but sometimes the simplest plans can end up being a morning after experience and so therefore I gotta make sure to be prayed up before we go out.

My scripture for today is : Matthew 7:13-14.
13: Enter ye in at the strait gate for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction and many there be which go in there at.

Hey lovely - two very interesting questions you have posted here. LOL I can feel a long post coming on here, (she winks and knows who you're talking about lol) and actually darling, I do think that someone like Slave would be FAR better suited to answering this question for you than I - that's for sure lol - especially since you are studying for your exams and it's important that we don't lead you astray.

Exodus 4:25 "Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast it at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody husband art thou to me."
Ok, to put it in simple terms - my understanding of this verse is that Zipporah calls her husband Moses, a bloody husband because she was disgusted at the practice of circumcision and was unhappy having to perform it on her son. I believe that Moses had neglected to perform the circumcision on his son and was apparently supposed to do it when the boy was 8 days old, being the head of the house and all. It seems to me (and I don't like speculating cause it gets me into trouble but), maybe because their son was now much older and therefore bigger - does this perhaps mean that Zipporah had to perform the actual circumcision while Moses who was much stronger, had to physically hold their son down while it was performed. Not sure. But it does sound like to me, that Zipporah was most unhappy having had to perform it and cast the foreskin at Moses's feet in disgust. Now she (she being me) says, but looking at other Bible versions, there seems to be some differences there in that passage. So time for me to move on to the next question hardiharhar.
And maybe somebody else here might like to answer, who has at least studied this in more detail. Hello? Lol.
Exodus 3:14 "And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shall you say unto the children of Israel, I AM has sent me unto you."
Ok, again a simple answer from me lol. My understanding of the the phrase I AM THAT I AM, is representative of God's divine and eternal nature which cannot be explained or understood in earthly terms or by man's limited understanding, and that there are not enough words to even describe Him. So I AM kind a covers everything with limited words. It means to me that God is irrefutable - that He is everything past, present and future - and that when He says to Moses to go and bring His people out of Egypt, God is telling Moses that when he goes, he will be going in God's strength and not his own, and that it is not Moses - but God who is with Moses, that will deliver the children of Israel out of the hands of Pharaoh. Phew. (I believe God tells this to Moses because he is freaking out about having to go do it lol.)
Don't put these answers in your exams. Alrighty!
