Oh My Sweet Honey Dew, I personally understand 100% what you are going through. My best ever friend Denise, passed away from a sudden heart attack a few years back. She was on her way to visit her children, & had just text me to tell me how much she was missing me. I never heard from her again. Her father came to tell me the shocking new about Denise, & I went into shock, & I still miss her every day, & always will.
I am praying for you Honey Dew, you are in my heart. You & your pain are in my heart, we are joined by this sorrow together, this so special GOD sent love with a dear & trusted friend. This love grows it never dies, we both have been truly Blessed by having such a special friend GOD given, I believe to fill a place in our lives & hearts, a place that will never be replaced. A place that our dear & loving friend lives & can not die. Let you & I rejoice & be thankful to Daddy GOD, for allowing our hearts to know love & be a home where our most beautiful, precious friend can never be taken away from us. This is a time to smile not cry. Will you try to think of the love & feel her love now, & reach out to her just as I am now, my best ever friend Denise & picture her smile & know that she is still with you in your heart, every day where she is watching over you, just like an Angel of GOD! Amen & Amen!
Love & Hugs!

Bella & Denise! XXOO :) <><<

It's Okay HoneyDew, that is what we are here for. We will pray for your downness. I laid down for a nap and came back on here and everyone is drunk. I hope on the Holy Spirit. I feel better now. Sorry to hear we drove toinena off here. She was really depressed. We will pray for her too.

It has been a little crazy here today. I am very sad about Toinena and hope she comes back. When a member leaves that you care about it's like a death in the family. If I had any more tears left in me I would probably shed one right now, but alas, they are gone.

You wrote a beautiful empathic reply to a hurting member. God love you for this act of kindness in spite of your own pain and suffering. It was very touching and heartfelt.

I agree that whoever told you that was grossly insensitive. Even Jesus wept because His friend Lazarus was dead, knowing full well that He was going to bring him back to life in a minute but at that moment His friend was dead. I have no doubt that your friend is rejoicing because she is now in a better place. While that may be a comforting thought you still are alive here on earth and missing your friend. I will say a prayer for Jesus to comfort you. He knows how it is to lose a friend.
Thank you so very much for this. It was much needed.

Seems like I started some crap in the Not By Works thread in the BDF. Apparently, there was some confusion when I wrote that a banned member is no longer revelant. For the purpose of this site they are not relevant either. Maybe it was thought that I was being irrelevant by saying what I did in my warped attempt at a little humor. I believe that this thread has its own vehicular and that is carried over to how I write in other forums. OK, yeah, I know that the word is really vernacular but that other word is easier to spell and it's relatively amusing in it's implications. On the other hand it is also entirely possible that I have a screw loose in my current thought process.

Today I'm feeling, well not quite sure how I feel. My very good friend passed away 2 years ago the week of my birthday. She was the one that I could talk to about anything. We laughed together, cried together. Praised and prayed together and did ministry works together. I miss her as I don't have another friend as dear like that.

I have other friends but not on that level. She was like a sister. I still cry when I think of her. Forgive me for rambling she ran across my mind today and those feelings resurfaced. Someone said to me, well she wasn't God. Well DUH, obviously I know that. I just thought that was insensitive.

Well thanks for reading, please pray for me. She loved the Lord so very much and is rejoicing now no doubt. :D I just miss my friend.
It is a promise God gives us: Time to mourn as a season of refuge He will bestow healing upon us based on His presence. We see in Scripture that it is an assurance that we will be blessed as we respect those who pass, and as we venture into healing in Christ, placing our pain at His feet; God promises to be in our presence. My condolences to your loss of your close friend. I pray you can find another to confide in, yet there will never be another just as that person was. This is the respect and appreciation part. I know that His grace will be sufficient, but I pray for another to be that rock as a Christian friend .... Rest in Him & trust Him and He will bring people your way. This I even pray in Jesus Name. Amen.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”

How is it possible for mourners to be blessed and comforted? That is the Good News that only the gospel brings.

Thank you for understanding, your words of wisdom and the thoughtfulness in which it was given. I also thank you for the Prayer I agree and receive it. Blessings to you always.

Its alright - you are loved regardless of anything that went "bump." The Lord is patient with us, how can we be anything less than patient with each other? Besides, I get your humor, and like it.
