PRAISE THE NAME OF JESUS!

The coffee is just that much more special today! - for we begin the celebration of a New Life in Jesus once again! Of course we must first go thru the gift of sacrifice which humbles me to my bones. But without it, I would not be able to celebrate the Resurrection life! So Thank You Lord Jesus and God! Thank You!

God called Jesus Christ to what seemed absolute disaster. And Jesus Christ called His disciples to see Him put to death, leading every one of them to the place where their hearts were broken. His life was an absolute failure from every standpoint except God’s. But what seemed to be failure from man’s standpoint was a triumph from God’s standpoint, because God’s purpose is never the same as man’s purpose.

To imitate Christ is to risk confusion, suffering and conflict. Our own callings may not produce the results we expect. When we’re in the dark, we must have the courage to move into the unknown, trusting in a purpose that is not our own. But, to know God is to Love God and His will above our own. Happy Good Friday friends...May God Richly Bless us today in a communion of the mind in a reflection of His great grace and love.

Christ is The Son of God. He died to atone for men's sin, and after three days arose again. This is the most important fact in the Universe! "I died believing in Christ, but I arise with Him knowing Him and His reality becomes my personal promise." May The Lord be Praised! And may we all be Blessed in knowing Him well.

Peter said to Him, "You shall never wash my feet." Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no share with me." (John 13:8).

We are now clean thru the Cross of Christ's sacrifice - even perfectly pure in Christ Jesus, yet we still need to have our feet washed daily.

Peter said to Him, "Lord not my feet only but also my hands and my head!" Jesus said to him, "The one who has bathed does not need to wash, except for his feet, but is completely clean. And you are clean...." (John 13:9-10).

"Father help me to sit with you to grace me up each day, and to serve Your will over my own in love and admiration. Thank You for showing me Yourself and letting me get to know you well." Amen!

BUMP also lol. This is another post I’m bumping forward – well we couldn’t let this one get away either. J Thanks beautiful for posting it – I know you’ve been busy and I want you to know we’re with you and we appreciate you even in your absence, lovely one. I was going to say: "I will pray for this dog, it looks like he has a tick and he is confused." But then I realized how happy he is even as he flinches incessantly. If this dog can be joyful while facing disaster why can't I just pray his influence rubs off on me?!! In fact as I want to Cry for Jesus today, I am reminded by Him ( The Alive Him via the Holy Spirit), that I have my life because I Cry with Joy over His sacrifice. As I recognize that, He then smiles on me, as I get the revelation of wisdom from His calculated sacrifice...for what Parent wants their children to second guess a gift they give them? Not mine, and not me, nor my heavenly Father.

I remember when I was a child, I received money from my mom and I bought a hot-wheels splitting' image purple car for my birthday with it. Man was I pumped! And then my Grand-father came over and said is it your birthday? (As my mother whispered in his ear reminding him of the date), and my loving Grand-dad pulled out a crisp dollar bill and proceeded to ask me what I was playing with? As he was trying to hide within a storyline of humor from my possible indignation. I gave him the model number, the name, and the manufactures name, and the fact I had paid for it with my own money - (it was unnecessary for a young lad, such as myself, to identify the trail of monies led by the premise of my Mother first giving it to me at that juncture I reasoned).. He could tell I was pleased with it so he tried to please me with his late thought of a present coming to me in an untimely manner with his dashing charm and wit. He screwed up and now the cover-up as it were. He gave me the dollar and said, "Well, let's just say I bought that for you then shall we?"

I immediately, without conscience, insisted, "Oh NO, Grandpa - this I bought myself - your dollar will have to wait for something else." My Grand-pappa looked bewildered and astonished, and then laughed, saying to my mother, "Well then I guess the car was from HIS pocket and not mine!" The fact was, I was right, but it was also a fact that I was altogether wrong. My Grand father raised and gave to my mother, and in turn she gave to me as my parent, and my money was her money given directly to me without merit of earning it. It was simply a love offering by her. Yet did I note all those facts? Of course not I was 9 years old - silly! . But I notice them now!

Everything that is good in me is not me it is Christ in me! And yet it is me as well! I recognize the sacrifice represented today in the Good Friday notice as the gift and sacrifice of God and the gift and sacrifice for me in Christ Jesus; As the end of the beginning to my life, and the means to the end as my life. I must recognize my worth based on His presence, and then I can celebrate this day with Joy and Thankfulness based on reality and truth.

This extends to us as His Church (the body of Christ) as well, for we all are a part of each other and a part of the whole of His will as well. Let us continue to love on each other as He sees fit.

But truth be said, I am still going to pray for that dog! For he has blessed me as well....Lol. .And his tick is driving me bonkers ....Ok, I breathed - I'm ok! God Bless the Poodiddy!
