A good night's sleep is always a good thing. I might take a nap later after lunch. Gotta rest up, back to work tomorrow for 3 days and face the world. It's a jungle out there, that's for sure.

I pray for you too my friend in my special morning prayers on my knees before heading out the door for work. I pray for my other CC peeps as well. The best thing that we can do here is to encourage each other, support each other and pray for each other. Yeah, that girl in the picture is descriptive of what I was seeing too. Actually, just a tiny bump in the head but not the best way to start one's day.

Jesus did say that in His father's house are many mansions. Mine might be in there somewhere. Yeah, too many buildings. I would prefer a smaller dwelling in the country and feed the ducks on the pond popcorn while sitting in my lawn chair sipping a cuppa of premium coffee.

One thing I hate, I know this is not the self pity thread, is that I am needing help to do very basic things, like going to bed. So today I have to go to bed at 9 pm. It is not fun. But I have time in quite to pray and seek the Lord. And I am blessed I don't need attendance 24/7 yet. So I have to enjoy the privacy and independence I have.

I was thinking this morning about our Mr Trump - I know I'm sorry ... But God commands us to pray for our leadership, in order to have Him intercede, not to have Trump intercede as a non-christian. Anyway, as I prayed this morning for our government I was reminded of the old days of Reaganomics - remember that? The Ol' trickle-down economics, and Jesus spoke to me of the economy of God in view of that theme:
I do not pray our world is saved, I pray individuals are saved enough to affect our world and governments.
"Whoever receives you receives Me, and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me. The one who receives a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and the one who receives a righteous person because he is a righteous person will receive a righteous persons reward. And whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward." (Matthew 10:40-42).
Talk about Trickle-down economies! I pray the Word God has given me today uplifts us all. Have a great and productive day my friends in the Lord! The bottom line for me is - God will do everything I cannot do, but He will do nothing He has constructed me to do. As we live by righteousness so shall we be like Jesus inevitably.
