The text should read, "Blotting out the handwriting to the ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross"
It is the blotting out to the ordinances not "blotting the handwriting ordinance".
The clause "the handwriting to the ordindinces" would mean those handwritings that went with the ordinances; not the ordinances themselves but the handwriting that was to them.
