Good morning everybody! So glad to see you all here this morning. Would have loved to chat with you live! Oh well, a girl’s gotta get her beauty sleep and get enough ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz’s so I can function at work this week lol. Miss you all though and you do know who you are. (((HUGS))). Well it’s 6.00am here and I’m enjoy my first cuppa coffee. The sun’s not up yet but the birds have started singing their merry tunes. I know how important it is to prepare for each work day. I admire anyone that works regardless of what they do or how much they get paid. The way that I look at it I consider God to be my employer.
Through all of my working years I have seen a lot of people that just slack off everyday, thinking that it is sufficient to just show up at work and that they are now entitled to a paycheck. These are the types that have to be supervised like children. Soon as the manager is out of sight they get out their smart phones and start texting leaving the few good workers to pick up their slack.
The best workers are the ones that can be trusted to give their best without the need of supervision (babysitting). The true judge of character is how one works and behaves when there is no one around to see them. These types are rare.
