Do you realize that you have a critical spirit in you...People who have this spirit tend to make very good points , but fail to stand up to them themselves...Here is a good suggestion for you , give your critical spirit that is inside of you to Jesus , and Jesus will cover you with His Spirit , it will take time , but O so worth it...You criticize people in here , comparing us to children of the devil with your finger pointing , i have sat back and observed you doing this by coating it all in honey , but underneath the stench is like rottenness...

You come across as if you are so self righteous while pointing your finger at others , we are told to build and edify each other up , not tear down those who are brothers and sisters in Christ...You accuse us that we do not listen to our LORD Jesus Christ our Savior , would it make you feel even better if we ALL listened to you...

Walk trough the valley
"A double minded man is unstable in all His ways."
"Not all that say to Me Lord Lord will enter the Kingdom of God, but those who do the will of My Father in heaven."
Salvation is "Kept by the power of God." "Keep yourselves in the Love of God." "Not of works lest any man should boast."

Last night dreamt I was tempted to be divided in spirit again: in the dream was cutting something in half. It occurred to me to look at what I was cutting in half, to my horror it was a dead body, the body of sin: if we are divided even the good in us is sin. My thought was to forget the horror of what I saw and turning to the Lord, heard: Be made whole. By then was awake, and later got up and turned to the Lord; acknowledging my sin of desiring to turn to the word for help in deceitful desires, and prayed, "To be made whole by the faith that is in Jesus." Jesus had already spoken it into existence to me as I woke from the dream: I was praying to receive it. Then saw the meaning of "The work of God, to believe on Him whom He has sent." God works in us an exchange of Identity with Christ: To believe is to follow, to go in His name. If we think we are better than others we are not in Christ. The beauty of perfection is not to be better: God doesn't think of Himself as better, He did not need to recover from being worse; rather perfection is compassion for the Lost. "For God is at work in you both to will and do His good pleasure," to follow Him in His death to all that is not of God: is the end of our dead works. "Daily pick up your cross and follow Me," ends our work, to enter into rest in God. "Through much trouble we enter the kingdom of God," "Work out your renewal, is "Faith that works by Love," and we know that "God is Love," in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. No one can attain to the Resurrection without the Holy Spirit, "The simplicity of Christ." We cant take credit for the work of God, rather we need to invest our whole heart and give credit to God for our interest. "Your pound has gained ten Pounds." What we have been freely given, we can lose by not walking in it: holding on to our old life. "Take the pound from him and give it to him who gained ten pounds: Lord He has ten pounds." This appears to make it obvious that while we are to lay our crown at His feet, acknowledging they are of Him, we get to keep them. "Just as the stars differ one from another in glory, so also is the Resurrection."

Decided to include this part of a study, related to the divided spirit in our dreams.
Enter in as a little child and put away your divided spirit:
"The weapons of our warfare are not of our fleshly mind, but mighty through God to pull down strong holds; turning down imaginations and every proud thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, to bring every thoughts in obedience of Christ." Obedience to God is dependence on the Holy Spirit. "Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit sais the Lord." To be filled with the Spirit is ongoing, leading us in the relationship of Jesus in constant fellowship with the Father. We will not be satisfied until we find our rest in God. Life in this world is a dream that wakes us up when we suffer disappointment; alone and in deep darkness, unprepared to suffer the journey alone with God, identified in the death of Christ. Without the power and leading of the Holy Spirit we are like the disciples at Gethsemane, tempted to go back asleep in the old dream. If we don't know how to interpret we won't enjoy the wonder. What we learn in the waiting on the Lord, is more important than what we are waiting for: renewed strength is to continue to appear before God, Grace to persevere through uncertain times, otherwise we would stop short on the journey. "One thing is needful," to forget what lies behind and go on to know the Lord, to prepare our heart for spiritual awakening: that we may enter in His rest.

I've said it milennia times before, but here it is again. Getting dipped in water has NOTHING to do with salvation. It is NOT a requirement. I mean, do you get saved every time you dip into a pool, or take a shower or bath? I didn't think so.

LOL
Amen Blue......nothing more or less than a picture of what has taken place in Christ, first act of obedience as a child of God and public profession of faith! It does not save and or top off salvation!

Hi Rose,

I think you have miss-understood something very fundamental.
Our Lord says something, we listen. This is our heart, our life, our way and our walk.

I do not know how people walk or listen to Jesus, just what they share here.
If they share rebellion and not listening to Christ they are not His sheep.

This is not taking a group of believers and finding fault, this is a spiritual reality.
When you made Jesus your Lord, this is your commitment. It is a process of growth
and working things through, but the fundamentals are, Jesus's words are life.

You are wrong to call me self righteous or even desiring followers myself. I am declaring
Christs words and following Him. Now it is sorrow in our failure, humblness and meekness
that refines and helps our walk. But it is honest, not to justify the self but to see how
real we are becoming.

The sharers here are not equal, and some are very hurt and bitter, and the bile they
come out with is plain, without justification, but straight from their heart.

But who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears? For he will be like a refiner's fire or a launderer's soap.
He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites and refine them like gold and silver. Then the LORD will have men who will bring offerings in righteousness,
and the offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will be acceptable to the LORD, as in days gone by, as in former years.
Malachi 3:2-4

He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.
You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.
Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
John 15:2-4

We are called to one way and one walk. Grace and peace to you in Christ Jesus.

Obviously not....he and about 3 or 4 others have the same opinionated, regurgitated religious response.....the same old working for Pharisee"ical" dogma and Cainology that has been pushed since Cain offered his works and was rejected.....
Want a definition of brain washing this is it.
The point is Jesus is our Lord and Saviour so we listen to Him.
Ignore His words, you are an evil doer who will be ignored out of the Lambs book of life.

This is no idle, legalistic view, His sheep listen to Him.

No, actually you and your pal (you both say the same thing, use the same verbiage and are one and the same) = the epitome of brainwashed sinless perfectionists and working for Pharisees......good luck with that!!

God washed my brain of the filth of this world.

Jesus left the crowds and prayed alone on the mountain.

leaving CC and the world may be a sign of weakness in the eyes of the worldly man, but it is only so that we might find strength in God alone and that we recognize that its not by our power we should speak or interact with others.

as for ignoring someone its not out of anger, but pity and its based upon Biblical principles as well.

why give a child throwing a tantrum the attention?

it is not love to give the kid what he wants. it is love let him calm down and become repentant of his sin.

that is why time out works for kids.

now i know that some will be offended by being called a kid because their pride is too strong.

I have been accused of looking down and being condescending, but folks who know me, Know I love kids.

i would rather hang out with kids any day, especially children of my Heavenly Father. For Jesus said unless we become like a little child, we will not understand or enter into the kingdom of Heaven.

unless we learn humility and what it means to be a child of God, we are just like the kid at the store throwing a tantrum because we don't get the candy or attention we want.

God doesn't give us candy, He gave us Manna from above, broken upon the cross for us.

Someone who falsely misrepresents himself in a court of law would be found guilty of lying. So why should we believe anything LightLoveHope has to say about anything, of course we should not believe him even if he gives us the time of day. People who use Christianity to hide their true identity are not to be believed no matter how much sugar they put in their words.

I would not be so bold as to wipe away the importance of the water baptism. Jesus made many mentions of it while he was here. You seem to be willing to not take him serious. Did you get baptized?
I don't believe that Jesus mentioned that you must be water baptized even once in the NT. Jesus did not baptize a single person during His earthly ministry.

I rejoice when people rejoice in Christ and His word.

The problems begin when Jesus's words become unacceptable to someone who claims
to follow Jesus.

Now as much as people want the argument or discussion to be about something else,
if you do not accept Jesus's words, He is not your Lord.

Now for any member of the Kingdom of Heaven this is no problem
'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. '
For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
Matt 6:9-14

Now here some stop and deny Christ. But our desire to follow our Lord is to see His
will on earth, to forgive those who sin against us, because we have been forgiven.

But this is too much for some. But in that moment they declare they are not sheep
of the Lord, but goats.

For them to be this honest and walk in the light, would be to admit they need to follow
Jesus and His words, and would be declaring they repent and desire His righteousness
in their lives, but sadly for some this day will never arise.

what do you call someone who does not forgive or is very loving, yet condemns others for their own sins?

Mat 20:16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

Mat 22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

1Co 1:26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called.

1Ti 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Rev 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Joh 1:9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

1Co 10:12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

People that know the truth realize that God wants all people to be saved, and does the calling and choosing on earth, and that they have a responsibility to allow the Spirit to lead them and act Christlike.

2Ti 3:4 lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Ti 3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Some do not have the truth but believe they can hold unto sin and still be right with God.

I really don’t know i already prayed with Jesus to forgive everyone and leave our feelings behind. Its really nice to curl up in his cross until everyone has been forgiven.

b....,

...and you can be wrong ....as many times as you present such wrong and non biblical conclusions.

You may wish to spend some of the time used ...for Bible study.

Baptism is required by scriptures for eternal salvation, unless you are stating that for other purposes.
