Yes, true

and
"'You shall not crossbreed different kinds of animals. "'you shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed; "'neither shall there come upon on you a garment made of two kinds of material.

and
Leviticus 15: 22. Whoever touches anything that she sits on shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening. 23. If it is on the bed, or on anything whereon she sits, when he touches it, he shall be unclean until the evening.
Rom. 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.

Matt. 13:13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

15
For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

The Bible teaches that it's Word's are Spiritual, and that the understanding of it's Word's is a Spiritual understanding which is either granted or withheld by Jesus.

Jesus explains, for those who truly Seek Him, how to be granted this understanding.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

A child is not expected to run the 440 at birth. It must first learn how to rollover, then to crawl, then walk, then run. It's a process that must be learned.

It can not eat a steak at birth. It must first to suckle, then the bottle, then it must grow teeth and learn to chew and so on. It is a process.

Luke 18:16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
17
Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

There are things a young Christian can understand. Instructions that are easy to follow. We have the milk first.

1 Pet. 2:1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

1 Cor. 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

And as we grow we are able to understand more Spiritual aspects His Word. It seems God thinks that if a person will not submit themselves to the simple things that even a child can do, why waste His time on showing them more "adult" aspects of His Word.

The scriptures you posted have a perfectly sound spiritual meaning which are pertinent to the lives of a Christian. You don't know or understand them because God, for His own reasons, has not revealed them to you. If you are following His Sayings and instructions He is faithful to do as He promised. But just because you don't understand the lesson, doesn't mean the teacher is at fault.

And remember, Jesus learned the same way.

Heb. 5:8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Most people really don't believe in this Jesus, so they create their own.

if you loved your neighbor, would you participate in a stoning?
You shall be holy to me: for I, the Lord, am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples, that you should be mine. 27. "'A man or a woman that is a medium, or is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones; their blood shall be upon them.'"
I just answered this question in post #5341.

Like "many" who come in Christ's Name, you assume that because you don't understand, or because you don't really believe God is smarter than you, you react to some of His Word this way. Paul explains why in the first Chapter of Romans.

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

You have already dismissed Jesus as a wicked God in your mind and suggests he is a Hypocrite in your post. You reject the notion that the Bible is a set of Examples written for our admonition. You refuse to accept, it seems, that His Word is Spiritual, and you also seem ignorant of the Biblical fact that God withholds understanding of His word to some people.

Now for me, since I already am "Convinced in my own mind" that God is smarter and more powerful that me, and have submitted to His Word's as opposed to the doctrines and traditions of men He specifically warned of, I understand this whole "Stoning" thing.

Paul said:

Rom. 7:9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

Well, was Paul physically dead? Surely you aren't suggesting in this context that he was. No, He was Spiritually dead. And when did the Law come? He was born into it, yes? So he had been "Spiritually" dead his whole adult life. He just didn't know it until he heard the Law. He was "deceived" into believing he was alive, until he saw the truth. (According to the God of the Bible)

How did he receive God's Law that showed him he was dead? Was it not from Moses, and Joshua, and Aaron, and Abraham, and Noah, and Samuel, Nathan, and in fact, did he not receive the Law from the " Whole Congregation of Israel". Did Jeremiah teach anything differently that Moses? Isaiah, Joel? No Dan, Paul learned the Law from the "Congregation of Israel". Doesn't the Spiritual Word of God refer to Jesus as the "Stone" the builders rejected? So Spiritual speaking didn't the "Whole Congregation of Israel" Spiritually stone Paul to death? And what was the stones they used? Christ, and His Word's He created as God of Abraham, yes?

And what happens to us when the congregation of Israel stones us to death, and we come to this knowledge? Doesn't it lead us to Christ, and repentance? The "Good News"? So Spiritually speaking, as God's Word is intended to be discerned, Didn't the Congregation of the Children Israel love me as themselves, by showing me through the Stones of Christ that I am actually dead, and not alive?

Shouldn't a wizard, or idolater, or murderer be shown just how bad their behavior is?

Rom. 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.

Isn't Paul telling us the penalty for sin is so high so that we can all learn just how BAD, really, really wicked it is to disobey God's Instructions?

But most people really don't believe in this Jesus so they create their own.

Now I have given some pretty complete answers to your questions and posts because that is what I would have others do to me. You, of course, can agree or disagree.

But you completely ignored my entire post. You replied as if I didn't even post it. That is a very common practice among Mainstream Christians, but one I find disrespectful.

Oh yes, I'm still learning

Proverbs 4: 1. Listen, sons, to a father's instruction. Pay attention and know understanding; 2. for I give you sound learning. Don't forsake my law. 3. For I was a son to my father, tender and an only child in the sight of my mother. 4. He taught me, and said to me: "Let your heart retain my words. Keep my commandments, and live. 5. Get wisdom. Get understanding. Don't forget, neither swerve from the words of my mouth. 6. Don't forsake her, and she will preserve you. Love her, and she will keep you. 7. Wisdom is supreme. Get wisdom. Yes, though it costs all your possessions, get understanding. - Bible Offline

Yes, you have a spiritual understanding of the law
which teaches you that sometimes the law is not kept by doing physical actions

Jeremiah 15: 1. Then the Lord said to me, Even if Moses and Samuel came before me, I would have no desire for this people: send them away from before me, and let them go. 2. And it will be, when they say to you, Where are we to go? then you are to say to them, The Lord has said, Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are to be in need of food, to need of food; and such as are to be taken away prisoners, to be taken away. 3. And I will put over them four divisions, says the Lord: the sword causing death, dogs pulling the dead bodies about, and the birds of heaven, and the beasts of the earth to take their bodies for food and put an end to them. 4. And I will make them a cause of fear to all the kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh, the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, and what he did in Jerusalem.

This reminds me of
Lamentations 3: 20. My soul still keeps the memory of them; and is bent down in me. 21. This I keep in mind, and because of this I have hope. 22. It is through the Lord's love that we have not come to destruction, because his mercies have no limit.

No one here is teaching that.
Then you clearly do not understand what is being said, even though it is repeated ad nauseum. Perhaps if I paraphrase it for you, it will help you understand what they say over and over and over and over and over and over and over again: not observing the Sabbath (as it is presented by Sabbath keepers) will keep you out of God's kingdom.

Yes, Jesus spoke a lot of Word's, it's impossible to discuss them with a sentence or two. Thanks for the FYI. The phone can be difficult to negotiate.

the situation reminds me of Galatians 3: 24. So that the law has become our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.

1 Corinthians 13: 11. When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a child, I thought as a child. Now that I have become a man, I have put away childish things. 12. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I was also fully known.

Yes, you have a spiritual understanding of the law
which teaches you that sometimes the law is not kept by doing physical actions

I would not agree with your statement here. How can a person know what physical actions, if any, are necessary, of they don't understand the spiritual intent of the Law.

For instance "Duet. 25:4 Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn.

Now understanding this law doesn't mean there is no physical requirements attached to it just because we don't own an OX or a muzzle. There are actual physical actions required of us in fulfillment of this instruction.

For example:

James 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,

16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Lev. 19:33 And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him.
34 But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Lev. 23:22 And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the LORD your God.

Lev. 25:35 And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.

God's Spiritual Law requires "Action" for a purpose. WE are to "prove what this actions is".

Rom. 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

WE all have works every day. To deny this is to deny reality. The question is, what spirit is behind these works?

What Law is Paul speaking of here? The Law of Works, or the Law of Faith?

Is rejecting God's Words and replacing them with ancient religious traditions a "childish" thing, or an "Adult" thing? Not saying you do, just asking a relevant question.

the law described here
which would you call it?
Galatians 3: 17. Now I say this. A covenant confirmed beforehand by God in Christ, the law, which came four hundred thirty years after, does not annul, so as to make the promise of no effect.

no, don't reject God's word
Psalm 119: 89. <LAMED> For ever, O Lord, your word is fixed in heaven. 90. Your faith is unchanging from generation to generation: you have put the earth in its place, and it is not moved. 91. Like I said no one is teaching what you say here.

It is written, Christ, His Word, HIS Laws are to be in our hearts, mouths, minds and hands that we do it.

The LORD our GOD will circumcise our hearts; the circumcision made without hands through HIS Spirit. For it is HE that works in us to will and do HIS good pleasure. Not that our sufficiency is of ourselves but our sufficiency is of GOD. Not us but Christ! For we are dead nevertheless we live yet not us but Christ liveth in us and the life we now live we live by the Faith of the Son of God who gave Himself for us. For the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ (the Word; the Book of the Law) down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ (the Word; the Book of the Law) again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word (Christ; the Book of the Law) is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach.

For Christ (the Word; the Book of the Law in our mouths and in our hearts) is the end of the written law for righteousness to everyone that believeth that it is in their hearts, minds, mouths and in their hands that they do it. That is the Faith to which we speak and that my friend is the GOSPEL; the New Covenant. For the LORD will circumcise our hearts. The circumcision made without hands. The circumcision of Christ!
RED: Been done. That is why I keep HIS day special.

Then that would be the Seventh Day Sabbath of the LORD. For He is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
