I know the feeling. I know too that when I try to live in my own power I fail miserably. It's when I give it all to Him that I find relief and begin to soar again in His strength.
Casting my cares and burdens onto Him so He can deal with it - really strengthens me - I've heard that worrying is like carrying a bunch of feathers that feel like bricks - or something like that
