I listened to this occasionally as a kid (yes, I'm a Millennial who grew up listening to records...). It was from my grandparent's collection and I was never sure what to make of it! It wasn't even marked as being for kids, but I think it had to have been...

Most of what my grandparents had was romance and classical and old movie soundtracks. And then this! :D

I watched the videos that popped up after the one you posted on cairn terrier training. I had my suspicions but now I am certain - I got a defective one.
