Actually, that's my specialty and my wife loves it. The process I developed has a caramelized coating topped with fresh berries in a glazed sauce and whipped cream. It is truly yummy. I do this every couple months and she looks forward to it. I started to do this for my daughter years ago and she makes it the same way now for her kids.

My wife is going to make pancakes tomorrow morning. I use real maple syrup on mine but she prefers Mrs. Butterworth. Nice crispy edges and texture. She always has a good presentation in the dishes that she prepares.
