FYI, most people complaining of being attacked...either side...either have no answer or are not used to someone calling them on the way they behave

there are some who do attack and I could name them...and their MO is reminding me of the way you operate

That was jaw dropping and I comment you ma'am for your brutally honest post.
I know how much you hate some of the things I write and stand for, and for you to say something nice about someone you so strongly disagree with, is very commendable, and I thank you for standing up for what is right and good.
That is Christ like.

here are the facts of where I stand

I do not 'hate' in the sense of 'you are wrong and I am right'. I do disagree with your viewpoint and certainly with WOF and NAR

but I almost equally dislike someone becoming argumentative to the point they bully or are abusive

there are a few people in this thread I have on ignore and that is because their posts are similar to mr devotions but from the opposite side

that is no longer a discussion and there is an ulterior motive behind certain people ganging up on others here...mr devotion seems to be a lone ranger type, but some people in this thread think nothing of team tagging others to hurt, try to get folks banned by hoping to work up anger in the person they target and get them to make a nasty post they can report (this has happened in certain threads and goes on...a very sad comment on the way some people behave here...and one of the reasons I do not use the pm feature even though I used to)

I believe you are sincere and also sincerely wrong :) but some of the comments in your directions show a big problem with respect...lack of it...and a desire to mock.

I will admit there are people in this forum that deserve a nasty response...but you are not one of them

at any rate, when threads turn into personal agendas, they have lost all sense of purpose if they ever had any to start with

when someone says they were a part of WOF for years, I would think they would have a better understanding of and for those they see still IN WOF and therefore still deceived according to that understanding

I mean if they were deceived, according to their belief, for XYZ amount of years, how would they have received someone snarking at them and calling them names?

I'm thinking not well received at all

You can't prove something by using faulty logic. Using the argument from silence is a fallacy and I proved to you how it fails. Are you a clown with a red nose? No, you are not. Then why do you insist on using that form of argumentation with the Bible?

I never called anyone a name and I have been critical of their ideas.

I apologize if I used too strong of a word, but it comes across as hate. Not only toward the doctrine, but toward those who believe in it. Or so it appears.
I myself don't hate anyone, but I admit, there are some who are not very high on my respect list, and even lower on my intelligence list. I have a hard time seeing some above the stupid level.
Not that it would mean anything to you, but what you did, bumped you up on my respect list.
And if you don't mind, what is NAR? I'm not familiar with that acronym.

I myself don't take offense to personal attacks.
As I have said before, doesn't bother me in the least. Not because of denseness, but because I don't see it as them attacking me personally, but the message and the source from which it came.

Honestly, I didn't know people calling themselves Christians were doing such wicked things as that.
That is the very same tactic the devil used against Jesus through the Pharisees. And to hear he's doing the same thing through those calling themselves believers, is somewhat disheartening but mostly sad.
Those people, I hate, because they are like their father. They are not OF God but OF their father, because Jesus said, you will do the works of your father, whoever your father is. And God does not do that.
I do not like people who devise wicked plots to cause others to fall or be removed.

I am indeed sincere, and I love the truth, and the bible is the only place I go to get it. I do not look to the natural world or the testimonies or teachings of other or even my personal experiences. I am moved by what I believe and I believe what is written.

look, I don't think that is actually true. alot of people will cry they are being attacked if someone disagrees with them and that is not any kind of defense and most often not true. If I actually hated I would be cheering on the name calling. thought that was obvious? maybe not

Okay, thank you for the NAR tour. I'm not into that, and I don't know much about it either.
As for thinking you hated those who believe the way I do, if you recall, I said, it appeared as though you hated us, or so it seemed.
That was why I was stunned to see you say something.
I'm not calling you a liar, I believe what you said, it just looked that way to me.
I have however been know to misread or fail to understand what someone was saying, more than once. so again, my apologies.

You obviously are not a good reader. I am not calling him a name. I am demonstrating his faulty logic from silence that just because the Bible does not have a verse expressly denying something (i.e. you are NOT a clown with a red nose) then it proves that very something exists (i.e. therefore, you ARE a clown with a red nose). WOF people do it all the time. They think that since the Bible has no verse saying X is false therefore X is true.

I did not think your fragility would allow for you admitting what you did and do even with the point blank truth of it staring you in the face

well, thankfully we all actually can read and are not impressed with your name calling and then trying to say someone made you do that

you obviously have a need to be right at all costs and I am sure that has already cost you plenty in every area of your life

do you understand what the word narcissistic means?

as has been pointed out to you, no one is under any obligation to answer you no matter how much you demand it
