Where is condemnation for those who put their trust in Him? But all who look to works of the law are condemned by it, and all who think to judge are judged by the same measure - shall they be guiltless?
Matthew 3
16,
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17, For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18, He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19, And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20, For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21, But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

There is no condemnation for those that put their trust in God. However you have not put your trust in him if you are practicing SIN when he has given you a KNOWLEDGE of his WORD because you are still in your SINS. Condemnation is loving darkness rather then truth because your deeds are evil.

We are ONLY SAVED by GRACE through FAITH and not of OURSELVES it is a GIFT of GOD and not of WORKS lest any man should boast. (Eph 2:8)

However, once again, IF your FAITH does not have the FRUIT of OBEDIENCE then you are still in your SINS because you have rejected the GIFT of God's dear Son (James 2:18: 20: 26).

If your tree has no FRUIT it will be cast down and thrown into the FIRE come judgement day (Matthew 7:12-23). Now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth NOT forth good fruit is CUT down, and cast into the fire (Matthew 3:10).

If you are still in your SINS when he gives you a KNOWLEDGE of the truth then you do not KNOW him who calls you in LOVE to LOVE another as he first LOVED you.

HOW DO WE KNOW IF WE KNOW HIM?

1 John 2
3,
And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4, He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
DO WE ABOLISH GOD'S LAW BY FAITH?

Romans 3
31,
Do we then make void the law through faith? GOD FORBID; YEA WE ESTABLISH THE LAW
WHAT IS THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST?

Romans 1
16,
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for IT IS THE POWER OF GOD UNTO SALVATION to every one that BELIEVES; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

SOME WILL PROFESS TO KNOW GOD BUT WILL NOT KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS DENYING GOD'S POWER TO SAVE.

2 Tim 3
5,
HAVING A FORM OF GODLINESS BUT DENYING THE POWER THEREOF: from such turn away.

Matthew 7
22,
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23, And THEN WILL I PROFESS UNTO THEM, I NEVER KNEW YOU; DEPART FROM ME YOU WHO SIN (INIQUITY; Break my Commandments)

DO YOU KNOW GOD?

1 John 3
6,
Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
7, Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8, He that committeth sin is of the devil....

DO YOU REALLY LOVE JESUS?

John 14
15
, If ye love me, keep my commandments.

.............

In times of ignorance God winks at but now calls all men everywhere to repent (Acts 17:30-31). God's Word says if we break one of the ten we stand guilty before God of breaking all the commandments of God (James 2:8-12). God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) and if we break it like any of the other commandments we stand guilty before God of SIN (Exodus 20:1-17).

If we break any of God’s Laws we stand guilty before God in SIN (James 2:11; Romans 7:7; 1 John 3:4; Romans 3:20). This includes the 4th commandment which is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11)

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has lead many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

Grandpa is correct. Sometimes the KJV is difficult to understand. The verse you quote is telling us that all who live by the law are under a curse. Further, no one is justified by the law. However, the person who keeps the commandments (all of them) will have life. Trouble is, we never do keep the commandments, neither can we. So stop worrying about the commandments and live by faith. For Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law by becoming a curse for us. May God in Christ Jesus bless you.

Gal 3:10-13 ISV
(10) Certainly all who depend on the actions of the Law are under a curse. For it is written, "A curse on everyone who does not obey everything that is written in the Book of the Law!"
(11) Now it is obvious that no one is justified in the sight of God by the Law, because "The righteous will live by faith."
(12) But the Law has nothing to do with faith. Instead, "The person who keeps the commandments will have life in them."
(13) The Messiah redeemed us from the curse of the Law by becoming a curse for us. For it is written, "A curse on everyone who is hung on a tree!"
Seems you don't make a difference between 'works laws and spiritual laws...hence confusion.

Not only the sabbath, but apparently all 10 commandments.
They show us how to love God and neighbour according to the Will of God !

Do you think you can get to be eternally with a HOLY God by NOT loving Him and Man ?

Seems to me that 'observing the 10 Commandments come under 'doing the Will of God ! JESUS kept them...does He ever teach us to stop loving God and Man ?
If you do you will not be in His Kingdom...what could be simpler to understand ? WHAT makes you reject them ?

The word of God never pass, but we not asked to obsey to all the word of God.

For Example

[h=1]Jonah 1 King James Version (KJV)[/h]1 Now the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,
2 Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.

God asked Jonah to go to Nineweh, we do one need to obey this word, because this word is not for us

sabbath law, include kill violator is for Israel, not for us

That is not what he said. He said that every word that God speaks is the gospel.
Talk about mixed up! Using that flawed logic, the fall of mankind, pain, suffering, persecution, great tribulation, hell etc.. is all mentioned in the word of God and that's good news? Yeah right!

It's interesting how Mormons "add" the Book of Mormon to the Bible and call it the "fullness of the gospel." Apparently, they seem to have the same flawed logic.

Let's see how the flawed logic of "every word that God speaks is the Gospel" lines up with Scripture:

Ephesians 3:1 - For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles— 2 if indeed you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which was given to me for you, 3 how that by revelation He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already, 4 by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ), 5 which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets: 6 that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel, 7 of which I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effective working of His power. 8 To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9 and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; 10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11 according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12 in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him. *Nothing there about every word that God speaks is the Gospel.

In 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Paul clearly states: 1 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, 2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you--unless you believed in vain. 3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures. *Nothing there about every word that God speaks is the Gospel either.

*Loving God and man is DESCRIPTIVE of those who are born of God.

1 John 3:10 - In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.

1 John 4:7 - Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.

1 John 4:19 - We love Him because He first loved us.

Believers receive the love of God in their hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to them (Romans 5:5).

Do you actually believe that you will receive eternal life based on the merits of obeying the 10 commandments? I have bad news for you (Romans 3:23; 2 Corinthians 3:6-9).

Romans 10:8 - But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:6-8 is a quote from Deut. 30:10-14. Paul paraphrased it so that they would look it up. We will start in verse six of Deut. so that it is clear that the Gospel was taught and available since Moses if not before.

And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
(Deu 30:6 KJV)

The fulfillment of this circumcision from GOD of Christ is stated in Deut 30:10-14. The readers of this letter would have been drawn to this passage from the beginning of the letter. It is written, "For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God."
(Rom 2:28-29 KJV)

Which GOD promised to do in Deut. 30:6. Which when he did he then spoke the fulfilment of it in verses 10-14. Please take notice to the present tense.

If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul. For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
(Deut 30:10-14 KJV)

The LXX translation of this text adds "and in thy hand".

With the above text in mind please note that the phrases "HIS commandments and HIS statutes which are written in this book of the law" and "the Word" are being used synonymously. In this instance they are interchangeable. Please take notice that in Deut. 30 the Judgments are not mentioned.

With that being established let's take a look at Romans 10:6-8 now.

But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
(Rom 10:6-8 KJV)

So while the Israelis and Romans were reading this letter they would have been reading the Pentateuch and some of the other books from the Old Testament also. Actually with more regard. When they came to this verse they would of seen the similarities to Deut, and would have looked up the verses there and read them in parallel. In doing so would have tied everything together synonymously keeping everything in harmony to one another.

For the LORD our GOD will circumcise our hearts and the hearts of our seed. For righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ ( GOD's commands and statutes written in the Book of the Law. In other words the Word; the Divine utterances. The Word manifested in the flesh; Christ) down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ (GOD's commands and statutes written in the Book of the Law. In other words the Word; the Divine utterances. The Word manifested in the flesh; Christ) again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word (GOD's commands and statutes written in the Book of the Law; the Divine utterances; Christ, the Word manifested in the flesh manifested in our flesh; .) is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart and in thy hand: (that thou mayest do it) that is, the word of faith, which we preach.

And that my friend would include the Sabbath.

With the above understanding of verses 6-8; when they read verse four they would have understood it as Christ being the goal of the law for righteousness sake in the putting off the body of Sin through the indwelling of Christ. No longer of the letter but of HIS Spirit.
And they two shall be one flesh. The Body of Christ; the Temple of GOD. For it is GOD that works in us both to will and do HIS good pleasure. As Jesus said, "HE doeth work"!

.... For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who BELIEVES. (Romans 10:1-4)

Rom 10:6-21 ESV
(6) But the righteousness based on faith says, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down)
(7) “or ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
(8) But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim);
(9) because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
(10) For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
(11) For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.”
(12) For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him.
(13) For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
(14) How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?
(15) And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”
(16) But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?”
(17) So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.
(18) But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have, for “Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.”
(19) But I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says, “I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation I will make you angry.”
(20) Then Isaiah is so bold as to say, “I have been found by those who did not seek me; I have shown myself to those who did not ask for me.”
(21) But of Israel he says, “All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.”

Joel 2:32 ESV And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as the LORD has said, and among the survivors shall be those whom the LORD calls.

Who is LORD?

Act 2:20-21 ESV the sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood, before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day. And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.’

The name of the LORD is JESUS.

Amen! Leave it to SDA's to twist this simple message in Romans 10:8-10 into salvation through obeying His commandments and statutes that are written in the book of the law.

Misguided modern day teachers of the law are deceived into believing they will be saved based on their works/justification by law (Romans 10:5), rather than by faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 3:22-28). It's clear from God's word that Abraham was accounted as righteous through faith, along with David in the OT (Genesis 15:5-6; Romans 4:2-6) yet misguided teachers of the law/works salvationists still stubbornly cling to salvation by "grace plus law, faith plus works."

In Romans 10, Paul quotes from Deuteronomy 30 and makes comparisons with Christ:

Moses said that no one needed to ascend to heaven to bring down the law again (Deuteronomy 30:12); God had already freely given the law. Paul makes a comparison: in the same way, he says, no one needs to ascend to heaven to bring down Christ again: God already sent him freely (Romans 10:6). Moses also said that no one needed to descend into the depths of the sea again (Deuteronomy 30:13); God had already redeemed his people and brought them through the sea. Paul makes another comparison: no one needs to descend to the depths, as if to bring Christ up from the dead; God already raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:7).

Rather, Moses said, the law is already available, in Israel’s mouths and hearts if they chose to embrace it (Deuteronomy 30:14). Likewise, Paul declares that the message of faith in Christ is similarly also available, in our mouths and hearts, if we embrace it (Romans 10:8). Paul was not mixing law and grace, as SDA's would suppose.

Then Paul goes on to explain what he means by "in your mouth and in your heart" -- it is by confessing with our mouth Jesus as Lord, and by believing in our HEART (not just in our head) that He is risen and alive, that we are saved. Naturally, authentic faith that Jesus is the true and living Lord will transform the way we live; but the transformation comes through accepting Christ, not through mere moral self-reformation apart from faith in Christ.

Paul emphasizes the words "whoever" and "all" to who this promise is available to. The Bible says that "whoever" believes will not be put to shame (Romans 10:11). Christ is Lord of "all," whether Jew or Gentile (Romans 10:12); and (quoting from the book of Joel) "Whoever" calls on the Lord’s name will be saved (Romans 10:13). This fits Paul’s theme throughout Romans: the gospel is for Jew and Gentile alike, not on the basis of the law of Moses given to Israel, but on the basis of God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Galatians 2:16; Ephesians 2:8,9; Philippians 3:9).

Romans 10:6-8 is a quote from Deut. 30:10-14. Paul paraphrased it so that they would look it up. We will start in verse six of Deut. so that it is clear that the Gospel was taught and available since Moses if not before.
"!
430 years before Moses, God gave Abraham the gospel.

Abrahamic Covenant: Based on the Unconditional Promise from God. Genesis 22:16 (A) By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD

Galatians 3:
6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
(NOTE: God proclaimed Abraham righteous by Abraham's FAITH, not any law keeping. Heb 11:19 gets more specific about what exactly Abraham believed )

7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
(NOTE: Scripture predicted to Abraham 430 yrs before Moses gets the law. That gentiles/heathen would be declared righteous by God. Thru FAITH, not by law keeping)

10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
(NOTE: Those trying to abtain righteousness thru Law Keeping are CURSED. See Deut 28:15-68 to see just how CURSED!

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
(NOTE: Christ took upon himself ALL those curses, for those who will believe/trust/put thier faith in his perfect, sinless Law Keeping)

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
(NOTE: Thru FAITH in Christ's redemptive sin atoning sacrifice. Gentiles receive the promise of righteousness, not by law keeping

15 Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.
(NOTE: Scripture proclaims here, this promise of righteousness once confirmed thru FAITH can't be annulled)

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.

READ VERSE 17 UNTIL YOU SEE THE TRUTH!

GOD MADE ABRAHAM A PROMISE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS THRU FAITH. GIVEN 430 YEARS BEFORE HE GAVE MOSES THE LAW.

AND GOD'S PROMISE, RIGHTEOUSNESS THROUGH FAITH. WILL NOT/CAN NOT/IS NOT ANNULED BY MOSAIC LAWS.

Paul teaches about 2 laws. #1. "Law of Works #2. Law of Faith.

Rom. 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

Many refuses to accept the Biblical fact that the Mainstream Church of Christ's time had created their own religion which included their version of the Levitical Priesthood. Jesus, Paul and Peter fought with this religion whose "Laws" condemned Jesus to death. They created their own version of His Sabbath, they had created images of Him in the likeness of man which carries on to this day by Mainstream Churches.

Paul was explaining this is Rom. 3.

1 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?(belonging to their church)2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

The Jews knew God's Instructions.

3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?

So just because the Jews rejected God's Word's and created their own salvation, Does their religion make God's Instructions void?

4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

Their religion, as Jesus said, was "Teaching for doctrines the Commandments of Men". These "preachers" had been preaching a false gospel for centuries. God sent them Prophets which they condemned by their "LAW" and Killed. God sent Jesus and their "Law" also condemned Him to death. "We have a Law, and by our Law He should die". But you should know that God's Law never condemned Jesus. The Pharisees "Law of Works" did. No flesh is justified by the "Deeds" of this Law. But God's Law is the Law of Faith. It is Good, Just, Holy and Righteous. Abraham followed this Law as there was no version of the Levitical Priesthood "Works of the Law" for remission of sins yet. Levi wasn't even born.

Gal. 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Gal. 3:18 For if the inheritance be of the law, (Law of works) it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

Gen. 26:5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

This is the Law of Faith.

19 Wherefore then serveth the law?(Law of works) It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

Of the Law of Faith Paul said this:

Rom. 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;

13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

We are judged by the Law of Faith as it is written in the Gospel of Christ that Paul taught from. "The Just shall live by faith". We are not judged by the Law of Works.

Not understanding the difference between the two Laws Paul teaches about is the cause of most arguments regarding Paul's words. People are stuck between having to choose which of his words they believe and which ones they don't.

When this truth is shown to people it leaves them with a difficult choice. Do they admit the error in their organized religious doctrines and strive to learn the truth, or do they reject the truth about the two Laws and cherry pick Paul's scriptures to defend a mainstream religion that transgresses the commandments of God by their own man made doctrines and traditions.

Gal 3 is speaking to this "Law of Works" that Abraham didn't have. The "Law of Works" or the Levitical Priesthood had "actions" that were necessary to perform for the remission of sins. The Jews are still preaching a version of these "actions" or as Paul calls them "Works of the Law" to this day. They consisted of animal sacrifices and priesthood ceremonies for the remission of sins. The New Covenant changed forever the manner in which God's instructions are administered and how sins are forgiven. No more "Law of Works, just God's "Law of Faith" that Abraham and every faithful example in the Bible obeyed.

Romans 10:3-11

For, being ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. For Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the law, that the person who does the commandments shall live by them. But the righteousness based on faith says, "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?'" (that is, to bring Christ down) or "'Who will descend into the abyss?'" (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, "Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame."

Romans 10:19-21

But I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says, "I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation I will make you angry." Then Isaiah is so bold as to say, "I have been found by those who did not seek me; I have shown myself to those who did not ask for me." But of Israel he says, "All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people."

Where is condemnation for those who put their trust in Him?
But all who look to works of the law are condemned by it, and all who think to judge are judged by the same measure - shall they be guiltless?
I agree: but, in clarification:

For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

The word end here means goal or purpose. The intent is to declare that the Law was not given with expectation of obedience (which is beyond our capability); but rather to demonstrate our need for a Savior and to point us to Jesus: either when He came many years later, or by faith in His promise [ as with Abraham and Job].

By Faith we are Saved and not of works

Heb 11:12-32 ISV
(12) Abraham was as good as dead, yet from this one man came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore.
(13) All these people died having faith. They did not receive the things that were promised, yet they saw them in the distant future and welcomed them, acknowledging that they were strangers and foreigners on earth.
(14) For people who say such things make it clear that they are looking for a country of their own.
(15) If they had been thinking about what they had left behind, they would have had an opportunity to go back.
(16) Instead, they were longing for a better country, that is, a heavenly one. That is why God is not ashamed to be called their God, because he has prepared a city for them.
(17) By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered Isaac—he who had received the promises was about to offer his unique son in sacrifice,
(18) about whom it had been said, "It is through Isaac that descendants will be named for you."
(19) Abraham was certain that God could raise the dead, and figuratively speaking, he did get Isaac back in this way.
(20) By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.
(21) By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of Joseph's sons "and worshiped while leaning on the top of his staff."
(22) By faith Joseph, when his end was near, spoke about the exodus of the Israelis and gave them instructions about burying his bones.
(23) By faith Moses was hidden by his parents for three months after he was born, because they saw that he was a beautiful child and were not afraid of the king's order.
(24) By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be called a son of Pharaoh's daughter,
(25) because he preferred being mistreated with God's people to enjoying the pleasures of sin for a short time.
(26) He thought that being insulted for the sake of the Messiah was of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward.
(27) By faith he left Egypt, without being afraid of the king's anger, and he persevered because he saw the one who is invisible.
(28) By faith he established the Passover and the sprinkling of blood to keep the destroyer of the firstborn from touching the people.
(29) By faith they went through the Red Sea as if it were dry land. When the Egyptians tried to do this, they were drowned.
(30) By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they had been encircled for seven days.
(31) By faith Rahab the prostitute did not die with those who were disobedient, because she had welcomed the spies with a greeting of peace.
(32) And what more should I say? For time would fail me to tell you about Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and the prophets.

mailmandan,
re: "Which translation is that?"

The "Holy Bible: From the Ancient Eastern Text" - from the Aramaic Scriptures - called the Peshitta
The NT was written in Greek. The OT Peshita was translated to Syriac Aramaic from the septuigent in the second century A.D.

The NT Peshita was translated from the original Greek no earlier than the 8th century A.D.

There is NO reliable English translation of the Peshita and the English translation that exists is a farce!

our cat Boris died.

there were laws in the house - no instigating fights with Tiger, use the litterbox or go outside, do not eat lilies, don't drop your food in the water dish, no biting, all birds are to be eaten in the yard, never in the house, etc.

none of the laws were abolished, repealed, or made void. no laws passed away. not a single one, not even a part of one.

but Boris is not subject to any of them anymore.
So what are you saying? Is Jesus' sacrifice null and void because you can make it into heaven by obeying the Law? There was only one who did this and this was Jesus. He fulfilled the Law and Grace is imparted to us because of this. Are you Christian or Jew? Jew's teach the Law and Christian's the Gospel of Jesus Christ which is Grace. The New Testament Jews tried to put the Gentiles of the time under Mosaic Law. Paul and Peter agreed that all a Gentile had to do to do well was to abstain from eating blood and to not Fornicate. They said if they did this and believed on Jesus they would do well. So what is this you guys are trying to do here? Put us back under Mosaic Law which the Jews failed miserably at? What gospel are you teaching?

We can not earn Salvation by only obedience to the Law of the Creator, as James said and as Yahshua Himself said it takes YHWH’s mercy and our faith and works. Romans 10:4 is a verses mistranslated in the majority of Bibles thus blurring the lines of truth. Christ is not “the end of the Law” but rather Yahshua showed the intent, ultimate result or goal (telos) of keeping the Law of YHWH.
