You don't even see the qualifier in your own words. It's the BOAST of works that Christ will not hear. e did not say he will not discard works of people when he returns.

Works of faith are required for entry into the kingdom because those are the evidence of the faith that justifies and makes you eligible for the kingdom. But you keep assassinating any and ALL works as if you are sinning if you do them. You seem to only be able to see works as you trying to justify yourself when in fact there are the works that faith produces and which you HAVE to have to be saved when Jesus comes back or else you are showing yourself to not even be born again.

It's the BOAST of works that will not save. Not the doing of works. You have to do works to be saved at the Judgment or you are not born again.

No, a person is saved the moment they believe in God's forgiveness and receive it. We know that really happened by if they change from that point onward. The person who is not changed and is still 'living in' sin, as opposed to growing out of it, when Jesus comes back is showing himself to not believe. He will not be saved at that time because he was already not saved. His worksless, disobedient life being the evidence of that fact.

You really should make it a point to understand the argument.

When you say the saved person doesn't have to have works you are saying grace is a license for him to stay the way he is in his old life. The person living in sin is not born again-1 John 3:6-10. But you are saying they are, and they are because of grace. That's making grace a license to sin whether you realize it or not.

You should take your own argument above and apply it to yourself....and then read without blinders on and be honest with what we have all said....I have come to the conclusion that you do not have 1 oz. of honesty in you.....

Stop the rhetoric and take 1 John 3:6-10 and explain to us how it doesn't really mean that the person who is living in sin is not born again.

We have all given hundreds of verses in context...you sweep them under the table in favor of your religious drivel...most with eyes can see clearly and refuse to engage you because of your deceit, twist, embellishment, addition to and or flat denial of what we say

Stop the ignorance and take 1st Corinthians 3 and the two types of works believers have and be honest with the facts that both are saved...

If you're sure I said that you do need to go back and copy it and repost it. I don't believe that, so I would not have said that. We are justified the moment we believe. If we really have believed, and don't shrink back into unbelief, we will then be saved from destruction when Jesus returns. Saved people will be saved when Jesus comes back. They've already made peace with God ahead of time. That's why they will be saved when Jesus returns. They're already saved.

Facts man...he is fickle, he constantly misrepresents or embellishes what we say, he vacillates....one minute saying your saved now and or not saved until the end when Jesus sees your works....make a stand on truth or mind your own business...rather simple

I know people without REWARD for labor in the kingdom of God are still saved. It's the people who are disobedient in the kingdom of God who will not be saved. The passage isn't talking about those kinds of people. But you can show us it is if you are sure it is talking about them. The passage is about REWARDS for SERVICE that have nothing to do with being saved, it's not about being able to be saved despite having lived in the flesh and not in the Spirit in the disobedience of unbelief. But if you are sure it is SHOW US. Don't just tell us.

I say go back and post the proof that I said we are not saved now. Then we'll see if there is any truth to your accusations.
