That's what I was talking about,you're on the "see food"diet,it will stuff you beyond full allow Joefizz and others to "remove food" from your "sight" out of compassion of course!:D

Like I said"see food" he "saw" the plate as food so he ate it without worry,how many calories are in plates though????

It is the best Italian food I have ever had other than some ravioli and red sauce that an old lady I knew, she made from scratch over 2 days......
 
I wonder how many calculators would be needed to determine the number of calories you put away last night. lol
I think that there is someone in the PI in the Bible thread that can help you with the math .

Nope. When I eat ice cream, one scoop is fattening. The next three scoops actually subtract calories from the first scoop. The whipped cream, hot fudge, nuts, and caramel are all fat free.

So, by eating four scoops of ice cream, with the added nuts, hot fudge, caramel & whipped cream, is actually ingesting less calories than one scoop alone. I keep telling myself this. :) :D

I am trying to watch what I eat, so I won't add the cherry on top.

"The whipped cream, hot fudge, nuts, and caramel are all fat free." (This is okay its the cherry on top that will ruin your diet).
