I'm interested in eating raw food a lot of people claim it's what is best for your body. Anyone eat a raw diet? If so what do you eat and how much?

I was 100% raw for 5 years. I currently eat about 75% raw.
There is a lot one needs to know to do it correctly.
With so many books and websites on raw & living foods, how can one know which is correct? It's been pretty much trial & error, which can be overwhelming sometimes.
I do get raw organic nuts & seeds and eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. But I cannot go without eating meat anymore. I get anemic, weak and disoriented when I eliminate meat entirely from my diet. I figure God provided animals for us to eat so I'm eating them (fish, chicken, lean beef). Plus I walk and exercise a lot so I need meat for muscle maintaining.
There are excellent websites that offer living & raw food recipes. Pretty incredible, actually. Just Google "living foods".
I often eat raw beef. It's pretty good.
Did you mean to post this in the bad advice thread? lol
