Revelation chapter 1 - John " I was in the Sprit on the Lord's day....."

not Sabbath, John was a jewish man, he knew all about the Sabbath, and would have said that if he intended to.

some of ya'll might want to read the New Testament sometime. if, you know, you are interested in Christian theology. not jewish theology.

If you knew the Bible you would know that only God is the Lord of the Sabbath. The scripture you give tells us Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath. Therefore, Jesus is ALMIGHTY GOD.

days start at midnight. the women did not get to the tomb until early in the morning. you are splitting hairs now. and still wrong about Sabbath for Christ followers.

If you are not a part of God's Israel you are not a part of the NEW Covenant and are still in your SINS. Those practicing SIN have not part in the Kingdom of Heaven

It is a sad truth that many who practise Saturday worship will have no place in the Kingdom of Heaven.

It has always been about who has the heart and who BELIEVES and FOLLOWS Him who LOVES them.

Sin will keep all who practice it out of God's Kingdom. Do you know the scriptures?

Only those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW him are HIS people and is why he says; If you LOVE me keep my commandments.

No problem keeping the 4th commandment. All you need do is tell me what year according the the Jewish calender the heavens and the earth were created.

i'm still waiting on the answer to if he believes in the Resurrection. maybe we should ask him what he had for lunch yesterday?
but, he would find a way to tie Sabbath to that.

if only some would trust Jesus with the same zeal that they trust a day........

It doesn't matter what year God created His Earth, or His Sabbath for man. What matters is what you do when you hear Him.

Psalms. 95:6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.

7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,
8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:

Green: It matters with regard to the seventh day, which unfortunately takes us away from Psalm 95 and what it encourages us to do.

Personally I believe such diversions are a tool of the devil in order to take away from encouraging one another in the faith which is what we should be doing. This is why I would love to see an end to this and similar unhelpful topics.
