2 Chronicles 34:14

While they were bringing out the money that had been brought into the house of the LORD, Hilkiah the priest found the Book of the Law of the LORD given through Moses.

What does scripture call all the Law given through Moses?

The Law of YHWH

Not everything Moses said and did was according the YHWH. Like many others in the Old Testament, he sometimes went his own way.

Aside from striking the rock to get water rather than speaking to it, do you have any other examples? (Num 20:8ff)

I think God thought very highly of Moses:

Heb 3:2) Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.

Heb 3:5) And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;

Hello Brother Jackson,

No answer? It is ok my friend, I did not think you would answer those questions. You do not need to answer them if you do not wish to. Maybe you can pray about those questions and ask God at home.

......................

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

There is not one scripture in ALL of God's WORD that says God's 4th commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to worship God on Sunday in it's place.

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has lead many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

I believe I give the answere. When you answere my question you know the answere

NT say It is OK to observe every day alike

what It mean?

S =m=TU.......= sabbath.

so to observe sabbath not above monday It is ok

that abolish sabbath law.

Romans 14
5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

Leviticus 20:1
The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
. . .
Leviticus 20:10
"If a man commits adultery with the wife of his neighbor, both the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

what does scripture say?

Just one example, God never did command us to stone to death women caught in adultery.
Leviticus 20:1

. . .
Leviticus 20:10
"If a man commits adultery with the wife of his neighbor, both the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

If PS says one thing and scripture says exactly the opposite which one is speaking the truth?

Moses may did something not inline with the Lord, but when he Said adulterer must stone to death, It is from the Lord.

or you do not believe 4 th commandment from the Lord? Because Moses may did oN his own.

The Bible is true, it records the good things people did and the bad things also. Think of King David for example.

We are the problem because we do not "rightly divide scripture."

The Bible is true
That's right. Is this true?

Heb 3:2) Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.

Heb 3:5) And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;

That's right.

Again, can you show in scripture some bad things Moses did besides the rock incident?

(I mean things God thought were bad, not things you might think were bad.)

I'm not sure that Moses killed anyone aside from killing an Egyptian that was abusing a Hebrew Even then I would not consider that murder as he was defending a helpless person being severely beaten, perhaps even to the point of death.

No. The Mosaic Law is not God's law. Moses is not God.

Just one example, God never did command us to stone to death women caught in adultery.
If PS says one thing and scripture says exactly the opposite which one is speaking the truth?
Probably not BS.

Why was that a problem?

Evidence, please..

No worries.
You ask what the problem was with Moses marrying a Midianiate woman and you ask for evidence of Moses wrong doing. Clearly you do not know your Bible very well or you would not have asked those two questions.

For your information this is what the god of Moses told him to do and I suggest you let the subject drop and forget all this Moses stuff. He is NOT the one to follow. Jesus tells us the words of our Father God, so listen to Jesus.

And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of all their cattle,
and all their flocks, and all their goods. And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt,
and all their goodly castles, with fire. And they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts.

And they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and unto the congregation
of the children of Israel, unto the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by Jordan near Jericho.
And Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and all the princes of the congregation, went forth to meet them without the camp.
And Moses was wroth with the officers of the host, with the captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds,
which came from the battle.

And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive?
Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the LORD
in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the LORD.

Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
(Num 31:9-18)

We don't need to get distracted talking about midianites.
PS said God never commanded the death penalty for adultery. he implied Moses came up with laws apart from what God commanded. Scripture is very clearly at odds with what PS said.
The matter is already resolved; PS wasn't speaking the truth.

Numbers 31:1-2
The LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Avenge the people of Israel on the Midianites. Afterward you shall be gathered to your people."

Numbers 31:7
They warred against Midian, as the LORD commanded Moses, and killed every male.

Tell the real story, PS
