So I bought my mom a perfume set. Not overly expensive but no cheap. She really liked it. I go through church and two other people also gifted her perfume including the Pastors family who gave her an expensive set from Ralph Lauren. My mom is the best and she works very hard in our church. She deserves everything. Although in hindsight I probably should have bought her a makeup set.

Man... Out of the blue, I was chosen to do the "Christmas prayer" for everyone at our family gathering today. Three things I very much dislike - having all the attention on myself, praying out loud, and being put on the spot.

But I'm still here! The ER physicians were very nice... :D Just kidding!

Tourist's Birthday is January 9 so I'm a cougar....of 17 days...lol
 
Aidan’s first Christmas was so wonderful, and he got all kinds of goodies lol.

i however am very impressed by my in laws and my brother, I got a new set of pots and pans... AND a new Keurig coffee maker!! This Momma is VERY happy!! Lol

on another note... January 3rd would’ve been my dads 61st birthday, and January 9th.. my son will be 3 months old.

Hope everyone had a merry Christmas, and wishing everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I had an okay Christmas. Better than I thought it would be, lol.. I got a cat calendar, a blanket with cats on it, a photo frame that says "I love my cat" on it.. what else? Ooh, some maple candy from Bragg's Sugar Farm, 3 gift cards to Price Chopper, a year planner with an orange kitty on the cover, umm what else... I got $25 from my brother and sister in law, $50 from daddy, and $10 from my sister Lori. She also gave me a bag of peppermint bark..lol

Mom made a pillow from one of daddy's old shirts, and it has a picture of him on it and it says, "this old shirt I used to wear, touching this pillow will be like I'm there". :o She made one for Lori too, but not one for Robin..lol
