No,you're dead wrong.Sorry that this is my first post to you but Im not going to hold with that comment.God did not "make them that way.No He did not.What kind of a cruel creator would God be to make people gay then turn around and call it an abomination and have the Jews put to death for it? No.What you're saying is against the Bible,total opposite of what it says. And if you are a Christian you ought to know better and you ought to care that these people need to know the Lord and His saving power.

It becomes a religious mindset when you try to force it on others. What if there was a religion that said is wrong to chew grape bubble gum. Then by all means don't do it. Just don't try to stop me from chewing grape bubble gum

Are you referring to the Republican Party or the Democratic Party? I do believe that it is mostly the Democrats who are pushing all of these fringe beliefs that cater to a specific group.

I don't think they have committed any violence yet but it's only a matter of time because religious fanaticism combined with political propaganda is a recipe for violence

Why do you insist on putting the cart before the horse?! Im not forcing religion on anyone.But I am told in the Bible to share the light that I have. But as far as gay marriage this country is a Republic,run by laws that are based on Judeo/Christian laws and those laws are changed by votes,not pushed through by Obamas cronies or by whats popular now.We don't have mob rule in this country.Homosexuality is not right,its not normal.Its been normalized.Now IF the majority of the country votes gay marriage in I cannot stop that. But IF gays begin to force pastors to perform their marriages,which they will do,then thats going to be a problem. Then the gov't is coming against freedom of religion which is being dealt with right now with the gay couple and the baker.

Ahhh yes,Westboro is always the one brought up. The church of inbreds that are all family.No they haven't murdered anyone.They have a right to free speech as dumb as they are. They aren't terrorists,they are one church full of morons and they don't compare to Islam and terrorism. False argument,apples to hand grenades.No comparison and you know it.

The Westboro Baptist types truly are the exception and not the rule. They are news worthy mostly by their very existence. The establishment/media is ecstatic when these nutbars pop up and report on them as if they’re lurking behind every bush…

All the same when’s the last time u saw a Christian drive a truck into a crowd or blast a theater with an AK47 ?

How is sexual preference not a right? I'm talking about consenting adults here so let's not bring up the pedophilia fallacy that right-wingers always go to.

Your religious preferences are obvious. You are all about you. Your vision is pure and you love yourself.

Christians have presented their bodies a living sacrifice to God. Christians are not their own but are bought with a price the blood of Jesus Christ.

Christians are glad for the constitution in the US but they live by a higher rule of the bible.

When you worry more about Sodomites at the expense of God you are in darkness and not Light. Sodomites have become much more embolden because Christians have become much more reclusive.

I disagree. I believe that it's not all about him but that he has genuine concern when he perceives that the rights of those that hold contrary views of the majority are trampled upon and that they are marginalized by the current set of laws.

I'm concerned about individual freedoms.
I want to see a group of people be stripped of their civil rights just because of popular opinion.

You have the freedom to disagree with me.

The truth of Gods word is not to be marginalized for the sake of political convenience.

Sodomites walk in darkness and they will receive Gods judgment for their rejection of Gods word. God never tells Christians to support or condone the evil acts that evil men commit. We are admonished not to walk in the counsels of the ungodly. Psalm 1 to refresh the soul of those who love the Lord.

Make no mistake about it Sodomites hate the Lord Jesus and the purity of the word of God.

But you would have the holiness of God trampled under foot for your self righteousness. Sodomites do not need individual freedoms but they need the mercy of God. In the lake of fire the least concern will be civil rights.

This might seem as an unpopular opinion but many Christians treat homosexuality as the number 1 sin. It is not, killing, lying, adultery, drugs, getting drunk, ect... those are a problem as well. I can argue drugs and alcohol influence more young people than homosexuality does. So does that mean we should also deny other sinners their rights? I'm not in favor homosexuality don't get me wrong, we should still preach about it being against and the Bible, but this hatred rhetoric some spout makes things much worse. Do I agree with gay marriage, no but they deserve the same rights as they are also in fact human beings. It's just up to us to let them know what they are doing is wrong.
