I wasn't thinking about what God had made. Nor was I thinking about having sex, but a pretty figure automatically triggers a sexual impulse, and so according to the scripture I posted, would constitute adultery.
Yes, if this happens you would be right, it would constitute adultery and you have sinned, but this is your issue, not every mans issue.
Ok, this will sting, but it is truth, you do not automatically trigger a sexual impulse, the devil does not make you have that automatic impulse, you let yourself trigger that impulse, because you have not taken it captive to the obedience of Christ.
Do you understand that you can use the word of God to keep from seeing a pretty figure and automatically allowing your mind to trigger a sexual impulse when seeing that pretty figure?
When I had the same issue you describe you have, a spiritual mentor/accountability partner and I talked. He gave me the below scripture and I meditated , memorized and ate this passage for 60 days. On day 61 I could look at a woman with a pretty figure and not automatically trigger an sexual impulse. That was over 15 years ago. If I slip up today, I ask forgiveness and quote this verse to myself and seek the Spirit's guidance and examine myself on why I slipped up and where I need to tighten the armor at and which doors to close again.
This is how we gain victory over sin in our life and exactly how the Bible teaches us how to do to it.
1 Thess 4:4-8
4 Finally then, brethren, we request and exhort you in the Lord Jesus, that as you received from us
instruction as to how you ought to walk and please God (just as you actually do walk), that you excel still more. [SUP]2 [/SUP]For you know what commandments we gave you by
the authority of the Lord Jesus. [SUP]3 [/SUP]For this is the will of God, your sanctification;
that is, that you abstain from sexual immorality; [SUP]4 [/SUP]that each of you know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, [SUP]5 [/SUP]not in lustful passion, like the Gentiles who do not know God; [SUP]6 [/SUP]
and that no man transgress and defraud his brother in the matter because the Lord is
the avenger in all these things, just as we also told you before and solemnly warned
you. [SUP]7 [/SUP]For God has not called us for the purpose of impurity, but in sanctification. [SUP]8 [/SUP]So, he who rejects
this is not rejecting man but the God who gives His Holy Spirit to you.
Notice verse 7, no excuses now in the kingdom and no excuses at judgement. You are either a new man or you are not.
Give it a go bro.
