i just bought Candy Land for my grandsons. and yes, i'm the one who can't wait to play it with them.
Well I have messed around enough and need to go put up a few decorations to get ready for the Nichols family Christmas party. Think I may have overdone it just a tad....
None right now.. I had Tequila for almost 16 years, but I had her put to sleep last March. Then I got Mittens and had her for ten months but had to give her up due to all my health issues.But I have tons of cat memorabilia in every room of my apartment.
I only have ferals. Rather, they have me. We feed, daily, 6 - 10.
I noticed, Ladybug, that you especially like orange kitties. One of our ferals is orange. I named him -- ?? -- Marmalade. When he suddenly showed up, begging, he was so skinny that I could see every little vertebra down his spine from 20 feet away, and I have poor eyesight. He sure has fattened up. Right now, I am questioning if "he" is a pregnant female.
We take each kitty in to get them fixed. Right now, we have three (including Marmalade) who need to go in. We've been trying to catch one of them for a couple years, unsuccessfully.
I love orange kitties.. I've had 4 of them. These guys have dubbed me the crazy orange cat lady..lol

This house has been lighting up for many years over 40 in South St. Petersburg, FL. It is said to have 3 electric meters and from after Thanksgiving through January electric bill $4,300.00. Note this is not a mansion this is just a little house on the south side of St. Pete. Have gone and seen their lights more than once. I forget how many thousands of lights but lots and lots of them to create an electric bill like that.

Which reminds me... these photos of ornery kittycats crack me up every year. I also know from experience never to put tinsel on a tree when you have cats in the house. Cats + tinsel = $urgery bill.

I am sadden by this news but take comfort knowing that Frank is now in God's capable hands. I will say a prayer for the family members.
Hello Ellie, thank you so much for letting us know. Frank has been in my heart, mind, and prayers since I met him. We had long and lively conversations in this thread about his life, and his farm, which brought up many childhood memories for me, which I shared with him. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered. My condolences to the family and friends, and all who loved our dear brother in Christ...

We understand full well about vet bills for cats. Tango ate some thread a few months ago. The surgery set us back a couple grand. The vet said that he likes Tango but this one is not to be trusted.
I think the game Candy Land exploded all over this tree.
I prefer fudge. Still a little piece left in the fridge. If its still there in the morning I'm gonna finish it off.
