That is a very incorrect sentence. In fact, it isn't a sentence at all! You didn't capitalize "i". There is no period at the end of your "sentence".." Your word "its" should be "it's."
If you took out your first "me" and fixed the other stuff you could make it three sentences.
I win. It's me. I win.
But then in reality you are lying: because I am the winner!
