The cyber Monday earthquake is upon us and heavy aftershocks will begin the following Thursday at the Post Office and will not stop until February. It's that time of year again. Christmas season on steroids!

Good pay, good benefits, my military time counts towards retirement, but the job is not as easy as it looks.

Speaking of military, do wives of deceased veterans get any of their benefits? Cuz my dad was in the Navy when he was young..just wondering..

True, yet there are still other jobs out there which are much more difficult. I am thankful for my job, even if I complain about it at times.
Yes..He was in it when he was real young, like late teens, early 20's.. Long before I was born..He was on the Midway...
He was only in for 4 years. Then he left and married mom in 1955.. He was 24 or 25 that year.

I survived my first thanksgiving with my baby boy, I didn’t over stuff myself... if anything I’m pretty sure I had some kind of stomach bug... and or I’m not supposed to take my iron supplements anymore? Not sure... but for the past couple of weeks I haven’t really been eating that much so that could contribute to MY tummy troubles lol.
