Yeah, just dont like cover it in barbecue sauce, use a reasonable amount : p Its really good together imo, I always eat it that way.

Yes.... Yes it is cheese is great even on rice cx. I had some brisket at work today bruh it was so good. Not only that but I hadn't eaten anything so I felt like I had a hole in my stomach.
