You've offered nothing applicable, insightful, or even biblical about what God allegedly revealed to you. There is no conclusion. Absolutely no insight has been offered.
The particular post you were referencing was meant to be just a friendly answer to Trofimus, who has shown himself friendly to me. It wasn't meant to be particularly profound, insightfu or detailed...just friendly. I purposely didn't include what God had revealed because I felt confident that Trofimus would not hesitate to ask for more details if he wanted/needed them.
But again, the mistake was mine in not quoting or mentioning Trofimus in the post you referenced.
In a nutshell, Barnabas' explanation is just plain vague, ...he doesn't offer anything new, nor does he use clarity of speech.
More specifically...in what starts to sound like an explanation he starts by saying "Cleave to" and then lists several attributes (which I assumed might be an attempt at explanation of what chewing the cud means) but then concludes the list by including "AND with those who chew the cud of the word of the Lord" <--which means the earlier part of the list is NOT describing the meaning of chewing the cud. That is in contrast to how/what I received while seeking God on the matter.
What God showed me was clear:
1) Chewing the cud (in spiritual terms) = going AGAIN to God, to seek deeper meaning of something he's already given you once.
2) it's what makes you a DISCIPLE
3) it's what makes deeper revelation available to you
4) it's only one HALF of what is required if you'd like to be considered palatable in God's eyes. (because the animal had to have BOTH attributes to be considered clean...not just one)
Again, you are encouraged to seek God until he shows you if any or all of those points are true. Then feel free to return and offer a more accurate explanation, if appropriate.
