Hi all...I wish I had thanked PWJ before he got banned, because it was through his misleading posts that I drew nearer to God 
...
I felt so condemned by some of his post that they really shook me up, he sounded as if he had it all together, I know that for those of you who are more knowledgeable in the word, more mature, this is not the case for me, but through his post it drew me more to seek God on the things he was saying about being sinless...
Genesis 50:20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives...I searched and searched some more into the Scriptures and have no doubt that on this side of the world, we will never be sinless but will sin-less...It can be very scary when young in the LORD and you read post from people who can write and twist Scripture and keep such a gentleness about them, it just made me realise how much more I need to be in the word so I know what to say should anyone ever come up against me who speaks off sinless perfection...
Anyway I am not here to type bad things about him because he can not defend himself, I just wished I had thanked him for teaching me a valuable lesson, keep Gods word over mans word when in doubt...xox...

Like a poster on this thread said, any good that comes from the believer is, "motivated" by our gratitude of God's love towards us. "Nothing in my hands do I bring only to thy cross do I cling." The issue is "motive" for your works, (wood hay or stubble will be burned up), and we all want to mature into the full stature of Jesus Christ.

It is sad to see persons deceived such as PJW and the other PJ who were, imo, one in the same. It is my personal belief that it was PJ again, and he came back in, in full force to declare his sinless perfection.
It is also of note that there has been, to my recollection, no sighting of jimbo__. At times he posted with perfect typing just like PJ, while at other times the seemingly forced typos ruled his postings. He must have forgot to fake it at some points? Anyhow, several called him on it and thought they were also one in the same.
Sad to see deceived persons and hopefully they will come to repentance. It is always interesting when the "new ones" come along right after "others" are put in "banned camp" that they start off where the other had left off.
Good to see the stance for the one true Gospel in spite of the workers!

Hi preacher4truth...That s scary also what you have posted, you and others alike must have a keen eye for these things, I would not be able to recognise such falseness, Ii can be quiet gullible at times ...
But I do also want to thank you, Bill, DC and a few others, who came at pwj with your swords raised up defending the true Gospel, while I was sitting on the side line watching, it was lovely to see Gods army standing together for our LORD Jesus...
At times, but only a few I put my few verses out there, but I knew I was not strong enough to come against him, but I did feel protected by my big brothers and my sisters in Christ Jesus, so I say thank you all for helping me raise my shield, even if it was for just a minute...All the glory to God...xox...

I don’t think they are the same people. I think they are poles apart.
PJ to me never pushed sinless perfection, his issue was what he perceived to be hyper-grace, perceived change was not needed, not confession of sin to be forgiven.
In fact he spoke against the sinless lot when I posted issues I struggled with. He even pm me. Jimbo was one of those people who attacked me and ridiculed me.
The problem for PJ I think was the above but also at times he didn’t articulate what he was saying and was very analytical in his response. He also found it very distressing that people were condeming him to hell, or that is what he perceived.
Jimbo has been back recently. He posted a thread “The Holy Spirit” and over the last couple of weeks he has made a couple of posts on that thread.
With regards to PJW, that is a totally different story.
This person had no wish to discuss and his only purpose was to condemn.
Even with his belief with sinless perfection he exalted himself and condemned and despised others who didn’t agree.
I almost stepped back because I started to get angry with him and that started to come accross.
But then my focused changed because I realised there were others who were struggling with what he was saying.

Thats why I told him I would come against it all the time he was posting, but hopefully changing my approach.
He deserved his ban.
Others who have been banned I don’t necessarily agree with the ban.
I think what I am trying say concerning PJW and the likes is sometimes we need to put aside ourselves with what we know to be the truth and stop responding or ignore them.
We need to stand firm and come against such people so that those we know may struggle with the stuff being said do not shrink back and are not caused distress.
Standing firm is loving those we know who want to grow in Jesus.
Yes it is sad to see deceived people and we should come against and anyone who preaches against salvation is by faith and making Jesus our Lord.
How we walk after that is good to discuss.

I wouldn’t have been thanking him.
My glaswegian In me would have been rearing it’s ugly head and the words I would be saying you wouldn’t understand unless you spoke Glaswegian. Which actually would be a good thing.
If you want to thank anyone then thank God.
He reminded you of what is the truth and bought you back to it.
No amount of knowledge of the word makes us mature.
Its the application of the word and walking in that makes us mature.
Dont put yourself down you know a lot more than you think you and you know the grace of God.
You constantly search scripture and look to grow in the Lord.
And you are doing so.
Stand firm in it. This I have said to you before.
Dont be a shrinking violet but stand firm as the rose that you are.
Thank you Bill ...I have grown a few more leaves on my branches and although I have been blown about a bit, I am still standing and believe I have grown, even just an inch ...
I started reading Genesis today, in the past two years I have been in the NT, but now the Lord is leading me to In the beginning , so that is where I am at...The Lord has taught me what I need to know as in my being born again, what it means to be a child of God, He has fed me with a lot of milk and now I am ready for some meat, and I know I can always drink more milk to wash down the meat, so this is where I am at...
I bought myself the boxset of the NKJV audio bible, so I put that on at night as I lay down to rest, the cast is wonderful, and the sound effects are an added bonus...Can you believe I was nervous to come out from the NT and go into the OT, but then God reminded me that He is leading me, I go in knowing nothing really from the OT, but I know I will come out with Gods wisdom, more of Gods love, and more understanding of Gods character, so yes I am at the beginning...
I know also that every word is inspired by God, if bits were not important then they would not be in there, I need to remember this when I come across numbers, my pastors wife said she believed God taught her about perseverance at times when she came to the word that she felt was not so edible ...Well at least I know that Jesus is our Sabbath, so when I come across that part I will know that it was for the israelites of the time and not for me...Thank you for always encouraging me Bill, in Jesus name Amen...xox...

You know......the fruits of the spirit cannot be manifested in one who has not been BORN AGAIN already as in born of the Spirit......the same is true with any work that manifests God...NO one can do such unless they have been saved and born of God already...Born from above, born of the Spirit....the bible is clear...SAVED unto GOOD works, not saved BY good works.....those who put the cart before the OX are oblivious to the fact that ANY work and or ANY fruit are the direct result of the salvation and born again state that ONE already possesses in CHRIST and JESUS is the ROOT that PRODUCES through the VINE.....and exactly why ALL glory goes to God through JESUS and no man has a right to boast.
