As you are not going to build an ark, you should not return to the Old Covenant, sabbath, clean/unclean animals etc.
Some of God's commands are given for specific period of time.

Our ark is the Messiah so to speak our Saviour..
Noah and his family were saved in an Ark...
the Ark of the Covenant.. until Christ came to go in to the Sanctuary.. the Holies Of Holy..
The Lord’s Testament is our New Covenant with GOD through Faith we are saved unto good works ordained by GOD spoken by His Son Yahshua... we are to believe.. the Faith of Abraham.. no one can feign Loving GOD.. when the burden becomes a delight the Law Of GOD be in your heart and on your mind through Faith... the seal is the Holy Spirit.. the New heart of flesh.. no longer stone.. all by the Grace of GOD.
Now its a peace from works in Christ. Day in the week is irrelevant. It does not matter now.
No. Even though the command to build and ark or to circumcise was inspired, it is not for us to do. Its for us to learn from that.
Mat 5:18, "I say to you; Unlessheaven and earth passes away, one yodh; the smallest of the letters will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

The 7[SUP]th[/SUP] day Sabbath is one of the 10 Commandments, and we are told by YHWH to “remember” it, yet it seems to be the most forgotten Commandment:

And you shall guard the Sabbath, for it is set-apart to you. Friend if you truly believe that then nothing we say can change it.. you either Believe GOD who declares those that Love Him Keep His Commandments and the Messiah who affirmed obedience but also said what was the Greatest and second like it Commandment.. just like GOD had said.. showing mercy to thousands that love me and Keep my Commandments.
So for those who know different than we here who Keep and teach even the least as instructed by the Lord that Loving GOD is Keepinging even the least then nothing other can be said than the above..
if it is not the base of Faith that worketh by Love through Christ..... then I know not what is.
Only GOD Himself can say Sabbath is no longer part of Loving Him.. and why would the Messiah say He is Lord of Sabbath.. and show us Truth about it.. I know not.
So until Heavenly Father or Our Lord declare otherwise I will believe.

Whether he lived before Jesus' time, or whether he live 200,000 years in the future from now,
a man can pick up the Bible and begin applying himself to God's law.
Otherwise, the Lord might have been more specific in naming the bulls and goats you have in your herd and flocks.
But Jesus shows us how to make the ark of the covenant, when we are in God's mount.
And between His showing and the description of the pattern shown to Moses that we have in scripture
so we make it.
If we don't, our candlestick is removed out of it's place.

The New Testament is clear on this.
1. The Law was till Christ.
2. A day observation is not required anymore.
3. We entered the rest of Christ.
I do not know what other "declaration" you are waiting for...
Law was a guardian till Christ came. When Christ came, we are no longer under the guardian.
I am not sure how it can be said more clearly.

for what just happened in my encounter with the Lord.

And over many encounters, and returning to scripture, and returning to the Lord's mount, I gradually built my ark.
And a show table, and the candlestick, and did light the lamps thereon.
It was a work over time, a work of beaten gold.
You dig for the gold in the scriptures, and Jesus shows you how to put it together when you are with Him, in the sabbath day.
He can't show you how if you don't bring gold.
But first we bring shittim wood.
So we make it from that, and then we overlay it with gold.
It's not a physical thing.
It has to made in heaven.
You have to make it holy.

and yet are convinced, and are teaching, not to do it.
Is He your God, or not?
And, how do you get Jesus to come?
I love the law.
It led me to Jesus.

The Law was given to Israel for a specific time period - till Christ. When Christ came, we are not under the Law anymore.
Thats why a day observation does not matter anymore, clean/unclean animals do not matter anymore etc.
