How can a believer still be in the flesh when God circumcises it from us. In Christ. That is our position.
Im saying physically, inside a human flesh body. I have never met anyone that believed and instantly got a spirit body. That is why I said people will alywas be subject to sin until this;

what is sin?

what does it mean to be dead to sin?
Sin, singular is the nature we are born into. Sins are what we do as a result of this.

Dead to sin is the result of placing faith in the gospel, good news of the Cross of Jesus. A new heart, new nature is the result of the resurrection.

Freed from sin.
Breaking His Law;

1 John 3:4, "Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Law; for sin is the transgression of the Law."

what does it mean to be dead to sin?
to not live in sinful life any longer;

Romans, “6:1-2, "What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it?"

Sin is breaking the Law of YHWH, if there is no Law there is no sin;

Romans 5:13, "For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law."

1 John 1:8-10, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Law is not in us."

interesting. I was going to call you out for using the word " law " instead of " word". but, after a bit of research, the Hebrew word is " dvar ", usually connected as " dvar torah ", so even though most translations do not say " law In v. 10, it could be.

I don't agree with Hebrew roots, but, when your right, your right. and though not mainline, the word " law could be used.

Galatians 5

16This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 19Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

Our inward is changed when we believe.. when we are born again of the Holy Spirit through Faith in Christ.. yet we are still here on earth abiding in the mortal vessel.. and we know the before and after of our inwards.. before how quick would the lie leave the mouth.. justifying ourselves that it won’t hurt.. we in the flesh not born of the spirit become a god to ourselves.. judging ourselves good.. yet we were filthy dead in our trespasses... until that knowledge of condemnation was revealed.. until the Light proved us evil and dark inwardly.. but GOD be thanked that He made a way for us to be redeemed and made New if we Believe His Son’s Testimony.. If we Repent and Believe.. yes.. we abide but GOD’s Grace through Faith in Christ keeps us.. leads us to the narrow gate.. labouring in Love against such there is no law for Love fulfills the Royal Law..

11. (of asking) a question.
12. (specially, with the article in John) the Word of God (capitalized), the Divine Expression, the Creator, the Word of Yahweh (i.e. the Anointed One, whether pre- or post-incarnate; that is, when Jesus is not embodied in the unglorified state of the old flesh of clay man, being quite dependent upon the Holy Spirit in that humble state of subsistence; see John 1:1-14 and Philippians 2:6-11; Also see context 15 below).
13. (special use #2) the “Holy-word” of God (as the Holy Scriptures of the Old Testament).
14. (special use #3) the “Redemptive-word” of God (as the full counsel and instruction of the Good News of Redemption through trust in Jesus Anointed, our Savior and eternal High Priest; not merely its announcement).
15. (Note #1) (the three INTERTWINED MEANINGS of “Word† of God” and “word of God” can refer to a few simultaneous (and inseparable) contexts resulting in an intentional double or triple entendre; of special note is Hebrews 4:12 which should be understood simultaneously in all three contexts: 12, 14 and 13, in that order of priority).
16. (Note #2) (often, “the word” is used as a shortened form of “the word of God” throughout the New Testament, connoting any these preceding contexts/concepts; see Acts 4:29, Acts 4:31).
17. (Note #3) (Redemptive-word: this is the clear and instructive communication of the promised Redemption with sources including Old Testament passages from the Torah-Law, the Holy Prophets, and the Psalms, and in the whole New Testament: the Holy Angels at Jesus' birth, John the Immerser, Jesus our Glorious Savior, first Ambassadors who were eyewitnesses of these things, including Paul as one born “out-of-season,” also Mark and Luke, and through the continuously active and enabling ministry of the promised Holy Spirit who reminds us of and tutors us in these eternal matters).

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]The intention of His Instructions is love;

Indeed:

Romans 8

1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6For to be carnally minded isdeath; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

The Spirit is subject to the Law of GOD.. back to why we are to be born again of the Holy Spirit..

The Spirit is subject to the Law of GOD.. back to why we are to be born again of the Holy Spirit..
That we may become a vessel unto His use;

2 Timothy 2:19-21, “However, the solid foundation of Yah stands firm, having this seal, “
יהוה knows those who are His, and, let everyone who names the Name of Messiah turn away from unrighteousness. But in a large house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some unto value and some unto no value. If, then, anyone cleanses himself from these matters, he shall be a vessel unto value, having been set apart, of good use to the Master, having been prepared for every good work.”

rather than a vessel unfit for use;

Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah 13-1-10, “Thus יהוה said to me, “Go and get yourself a linen belt, and put it on your loins, but do not put it in water. So I bought a belt according to the word of יהוה, and put it on my loins. And the word of יהוה came to me the second time, saying, Take the belt that you have bought, which is on your loins, and arise, go to the Euphrates, and hide it there in a hole in the rock.” And I went and hid it by the Euphrates, as יהוה commanded me. And it came to be after many days that יהוה said to me, “Arise, go to the Euphrates, and take from there the belt which I commanded you to hide there. So I went to the Euphrates and dug, and I took the belt from the place where I had hidden it. And there was the belt, ruined. It was completely useless. And the word of יהוה came to me, saying, Thus said יהוה, ‘Thus I ruin the pride of Yehuḏah and the great pride of Yerushalayim. This evil people, who refuse to hear My Words, who walk in the stubbornness of their heart, and walk after other mighty ones to serve them and to bow themselves to them, is like this belt which is completely useless.”

What happens when the "children" refuse the correction?
I don't go by "hypotheses" as you do to in order to develop an ideology not based upon Scripture.

His sheep obey his voice and follow him; John 10:27; Deuteronomy 27:10, thus your hypothesis is moot and designed to maintain and implement your false doctrine of being sinless. The facts remain; you are deceived, the truth is not in you; 1 John 1:8.

Again: God doesn't chasten bastards, he only chastens his children.

I pray that you will have a genuine encounter with God which will reveal your vile inner nature and dire need of God. I mean this sincerely and in concern.

Im saying physically, inside a human flesh body. I have never met anyone that believed and instantly got a spirit body. That is why I said people will alywas be subject to sin until this;

1 Corinthians 15:51-55, “See, I speak a secret to you: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible has to put on incorruption, and this mortal to put on immortality. And when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall come to be the word that has been written, “Death is swallowed up in overcoming. O Death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your overcoming?”
I dont understand why one who says he is born again would not know that we are a triune being, and it is our spirit that comes alive in Him with our conversion experience. All who have been born from above are Spirit. It's like that part of our being is awakened and now in contact with heaven. How else could one learn to walk out of our Spirit?

We are a Spirit, we have a soul, and we live in a body. Before our conversion we lived by soul. Our 5 senses is how we interacted with the world around us. This part of us needs to be under the control of our Spirit man. And our thinking needs to come in line with the revelation that Jesus gave to Paul. This is the age of grace. And it's near being finished, then Israel will be the focus of God once again.

Sonship Israel never experienced as the body of Christ has. Though Israel was the first son. Saving the world is a finished work of the Cross. We are the overcomers who walk with the Lord in white now-light, for Jesus, the Light of the world has lit our candle within. The Spirit of man is the candle of the Lord.

You are mixing your lineage of Jewish ancestry with the new creation man and they don't mix. We are a people who has never been since before the fall of Adam.

So, to be clear....We have the actual power of Holy Spirit within our Spirit, we live by who we are when we have the mind of Christ, and we know that we can walk as Jesus walked in the individual call that each one of us has been given. It takes the whole body of Christ to make up the person of Jesus Christ on earth for not one man can contain all the godhead within or we would explode. I firmly believe Jesus had the mortal body become immortal at His baptism, and is why He had to literally lay down this on the Cross in order to become our sacrifice for sin.

There is no condemnation on anyone in His body, who has been baptized into Him, for how could there be? We are members of Him moving on earth in His leading. We hear His Voice in our inner man. The written Word dwells within us for all of the Word of the Lord is His Presence.

The law condemns for the law reveals sin. We no longer have a sin nature. If you concentrate on law, you will sin. If you concentrate on grace, you will be empowered.

Which do you prefer? Condemning laws? Or the power of God within to conform us to His image?

Law and the preaching of it will not save anyone. Law only condemns.

That does not mean that law cannot influence for the law reveals the Holiness of God and His perfection. If we love the law, we love God. That is the true purpose of it, and is found in the gospels in the words of Jesus. He was showing Israel the Father.

Then He brings the Father to men in the gift of Holy Spirit, the very person of God, to come our being and prepare us to live with Him in heaven. In the beloved we are accepted. Not by trying to be Holy, but by being made Holy by His work. Not ours.

First I want to say I do love you is Yahshua and have enjoyed many of your posts, however, some of these ideas are not fully biblical based or vaguely biblical based

I dont understand why one who says he is born again would not know that we are a triune being, and it is our spirit that comes alive in Him with our conversion experience. All who have been born from above are Spirit. It's like that part of our being is awakened and now in contact with heaven. How else could one learn to walk out of our Spirit?

A triune being? What? This is over spiritualized non-Scriptural ideas, a study of what the Spirit of YHWH actually is...When one follows Yahshua they don’t lose there physical senses, they are taught to follow Him in truth, through guidance and chastisement, they are not a holy Spirit robot, but the as you said, “walk with Him in light” what is light? Righteousness (His ways) or sin (against His ways). What does the Law teach? His ways or against His ways?

Psalm 119:151-152, “You are near, O יהוה, And all Your commands are truth. Of old I have known Your witnesses, That You have founded them forever.”

You are mixing your lineage of Jewish ancestry with the new creation man and they don't mix. We are a people who has never been since before the fall of Adam.
I'm not not Jewish, nor have I ever claimed to be… So the renewing of man involves the loving of His Law (dirty word right? That scary Law, how about Instructions?)

These are 2 different things, one is being renewed because His Spirit being upon us, and the other is being reborn in a spirit body;

Hebrews 10:16, "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says YHWH: I will put My Law into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them.”

The Law is Spiritual and the spiritual man seeks to follow it;

Romans 7:14, “For we know that the Law is spiritual...”

The man that is not spiritual can not even seek to follow it;

Romans 8:5-8, "For those who live according to the flesh, set their minds on the things of the flesh; but those who live according to the Spirit, set their minds on the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against; (bitterly opposed to), YHWH; for it his not subject to the Law of YHWH, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are of the flesh cannot please YHWH."”

Forthis corruptible has to put on incorruption, and this mortal to put on immortality. And when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality,then shall come to be the word that has been written, “Death is swallowed up in overcoming. O Death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your overcoming?”

Not ours.
The Law only condemns? Yeah those who are against it…

Romans 7 -12 Therefore the Law is holy, and the commandments are holy, and just, and righteous.

And it is love:

1 John 5:2-3, "By this we know that we love the children of Yah, when we love Yah and guard His commands. For this is the love for Yah, that we guard His commands, and His commands are not heavy."

Proverbs 6:23, “For the command is a lamp, And the Torah a light, And reproofs of discipline a way of life.”

Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnationto them which are in Messiah Yahshua, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit."

1 John/Yahanan 2:6, "He who says he abides in Him, is himself also obligated to walk as He walked."

Isaiah 51:7, “Listen to Me, you who know righteousness, a people in whose heart is My Torah(Instructions/Law): do not fear the reproach of men, nor be afraid of their revilings.”

Romans 7 -7 What? Can anyone therefore say that the Law is sin? No! By no means! But to the contrary, I did not know sin; transgression of the Law, except through the Law, for I did not know lust, unless the Law had said: Do not covet.
12 Therefore the Law is holy, and the commandments are holy, and just, and righteous.
13 Did that which is righteous, then, become death to me? By no means! But in order that sin might be recognized as sin, it produced death in me through that which was righteous, so that through the commandments, sin might become utterly sinful.
14 For we know that the Law is spiritual; but I was carnal, sold into the power of sin*.

1 John 3:4, "...for sin is the transgression of the Law."

Romans 3:28, "For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the Law.”

Romans 3:31, "Are we then doing away with the Law through the faith? By no means! Rather, we establish the Law!"

Romans, “6:1-2, "What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin* that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it?"

*What is sin, that we may not continue in it?

1 John 3:4, "Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Law; for sin is the transgression of the Law."

Not ours.
I will trust Yahshua;

Matt 5:18, "For truly I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh – the smallest of the letters – will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Revelation 21:1-2, "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no more sea. And I, Yahanan, saw the holy city, YHWH Shammah, coming down from YHWH out of heaven, prepared as brides adorned for their husbands. And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying: Behold, the tabernacle of YHWH is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and YHWH Himself will be with them, and be their Father.”

1 John 5:2-3, "By this we know that we love the children of Yah, when we love Yah and guard His commands. For this is the love for Yah, that we guard His commands, and His commands are not heavy."

Jewish Bible- Ephesians 15 " by annulling the chok ( decree, law ) of mishpatim In ordinances that the shnaym he might create for himself into adam chsdash echad ( one new humanity ) arbitrating shalom.

see, this is what good false teachers do- they say a lot of things that are true, to earn trust. then they throw in little tidbits of mis-information , just enough to turn one away from truth. like the Ephesians 2 v.15 deception you try to push. above is the translation of the Jewish Bible, with no commas , clearly agreeing with mainline translations of the law being annulled.

I agreed with you earlier, you spoke truth. but with the attempted deception of this key piece of Scripture, the Hebrew roots cult is exposed once again. new or young members or believers visting this site, please research anything this man says. it may or may not be true.

OK, if Ephesians 2 is annuling the Law of YHWH then Yahshua/Jesus lied:
(He didnt lie)

Matt 5:18, "For truly I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh – the smallest of the letters – will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Revelation 21:1-2, "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no more sea. And I, Yahanan, saw the holy city, YHWH Shammah, coming down from YHWH out of heaven, prepared as brides adorned for their husbands. Are you sure it wasnt the enmity (oppisition to) the Law that was abolished? How could it be on our heart if we didnt want to follow it? ad it being on our heart is the abolishment of oppisition to it, yes no?

Hebrews 10:16, "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says YHWH: I will put My Law into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them.”
