I am allergic to anything synthetic, so I used to dab myrtle oil under my arms, and all the girls at work loved it.

Actually the guys did too, but in a different way thank God.

You can also use them to keep bugs away. You can use peppermint, lavender, sage, etc... Just put drops of oil into a spraybottle and fire away.

you might want to google which ones work on which bugs.

Thanks for the advice

Nice! I'm also allergic to anything synthetic. The oils smell better anyways. I carry a couple different roll on blends in my purse wherever I go. One is for stress, it works and smells great. Everyone who knows me, knows I'm stressing if I pull it out. Lol I'm not a fan of crowds.

Awhile back, a lady at work lent me a little tube of it. I think it was some variation of lavender. She told me to put a few drops in my bath water. I hadn't taken a bath since I was a small child, just showered. She recommended me to do this while I smoke a cigar and drink some beer. I had been stressed. It made the bath smell very nice. After I put some in the bath water, I put a drop on my finger to check out the viscosity. I ended up burning the hades out of my man parts some time after that.
I think essential oils are meant to be heated in a burner to add aroma to the air.
Lavender oil is an aphrodisiac, maybe she had other plans with you Tommy.

Essential oils ill solve so many problems it is almost foolish not to learn about them. We have the net to go to for information.

Here is a small sampling of what I mean. Tea Tree oil is a wonderful disinfectant. There are many kinds of mold and only this oil will kill every kind. If you add 10ml to one cup of carried oil (

I wasn't convinced until I actually tried them. I use them quite a lot now, and am always amazed that they work so well! And many of them smell very nice, too :)

My tablet stopped working at this point.

The recipe for using TTO to kill staph is: 10ml of TTO to one cup of carrier oil. I use Cetaphil. I add some drops of sweet orange oil to this, it is soothing to the skin and full of vitamin C. Using some of this formula in the nostrils several times a day helps with a sinus infection. They say TTO will kill nail fungus used full strength morning and night for six months. Shoes need to have the fungus spores killed also.

Sesame oil is absorbed by the skin and used in many cosmetics. I keep a jar of it in the shower that I have added lavender oil to. I use this lavishly on my skin before I towel dry. I buy sesame oil by the gallon from an Ayurvedic supplier and keep it in the frig to preserve it.

A few drops of sweet orange oil in a glass of water will stop diarrhea by stopping the spasms of the colon.

One of my favorites is frankincense mixed with coconut oil at night to relax me for sleep. Altho the coconut is quite aromatic as well, I like the combination of the 2.

Geranium oil and vodka (as a preservative) is a great bug repellant, and smells much better than commercial bug sprays.

Cedar wood, tea tree, lemongrass, mixed together make a pest repellant for dogs. I don't use anything poisonous on our pooch, not even dog shampoos, I make my own.

thank your for sharing the natural ways' that you have been led to...

Cedarwood will get rid of a 'head-ache' when rubbed onto the temples and upper forehead,
and can help heal when in combination with other 'essential oils', God given oils,

here's the problem, 'it has to be a priority'...

Good to know, thanks. Did you know that sometimes a head ache will leave immediately too if you drink a glass of water? Works for me tho, I rarely get a head ache but when I do it's related to being dehydrated, hence the water trick works well.

I use essential oils! Lots for my hair lol. I have, what I call, hair potion. It's an olive, jojoba, argan, rosemary and castor oil mix.

I also mix rosemary oil with my conditioner and I use castor oil for my eyebrows and eye lashes lol.

Zero Poont Global sells a organic citrus based skin lotion with essential oils and Aragon and Jojoba to name a few of the roughly 10 all vegan and organic ingredients. As a extra bonus they also have vibrationally enchanced it.

Yeah, it's great so far. Been using it for the last 2-3 months I think. I was thinking of using lavender for aroma therapy too, or just for room fragrance. But I'm not sure if I should use an electric infuser or use candles. I don't think it's very safe lol.
