When your 27 you infuse it... When your 71 you lose it... But I'm not sad, I'll get it all back at the Resurrection, because God doesn't want a multitude of bald headed saints around the throne... Brother Glen
I'm still bald but have more hair than your Avatar but be that as it may I don't joke around my wife about baldness... You as a lady can understand this... Her hair was her crowning glory and all though it is slowly coming, back breast cancer and Chemotherapy took her hair 2 years ago... I poke fun at mine, I can handle it... Its no big deal... But the love of my life and what she went through tears me apart... I lost my first one to kidney cancer, but God gave me this one back... She's a Survivor... Brother Glen

Amazon sells a bunch of these devices. One is hand operated in case there is no power and can purify 30 oz per hour. Cost about $900. There are many others that run off electricity in various price ranges.
"They" most certainly do have such devices... Israel obtains much of its fresh water from desalinized sea water. The process is energy-intensive though.
In a pinch, you can make a desalination unit from a plastic bag and two containers, one inside the other.
