Wow! I'm really going to try this.

For vinegar it would have to ferment.

We used to make our own wine. One year we made about 100 gallons of vinegar!!
We never figured out why or how it happened.
Maybe it fermented too much, maybe the grape was a little passe. Who knows.

Now we drink wine other people make...
