Satan and his horde do not come to the believer in Christ and say "Sin all you want" because no one would for fall for such a lie.
Instead they come as "ministers of righteousness".
They want us to live by our own D.I.Y. self-righteousness/holiness so that we will be not be depending on what Christ has done for us by grace through faith alone for salvation.
This cuts us off from receiving the grace of God in our lives.
2 Corinthians 11:14-15 (KJV)
[SUP]14[/SUP] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
[SUP]15[/SUP] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
( notice that is "their" works )
This below in 1 Peter 1:13 is what satan is really after...this is why he has false prophets/teachers in our midst.
He wants us to fall away from grace and depend on our own performance and human will-power instead of what Christ has done in His finished work on the cross and resurrection.
This nullifies the grace of God that is in Christ's work alone from operating in our lives like it was meant to.

I love Jesus LGF. He's better to me than 10 husbands. Yet I love my husband too. There's no love like the Lords love. And that is why I stay close to Him. Seek to know Him in the scriptures.
He has never said to me, don't go to church Sundays. If He had, at one time I would of done it because I did not understand grace, nor did I understand what I have been given by the baptism of Holy Spirit. And very confused too about thinking I need to be good or I have to act "christian". How does one do that anyway? Acting would be fake would it not?
In 1988, I became disabled. Was single, no husband, and had kids to care for. I lost everything except my children, had to move in with my parents for a time. But, making a long story short, ended up eventually with a house completely paid. He told me many things about how He would keep me and He did. There's no earthly love like His. And that old song, no one ever cared for me like Jesus, is my testimony.
Then, unable to work, I began to study. Fell in love with words and their meanings. Have studied every word in a few books, but many chapters in others. Not bragging, it wa a great opportunity to learn more than I could get 1 1/2 hours a week. So, I know we rest with Him in the heavenly places, in His Victory won over all the enemy. He makes us the head and not the tail. He's as close as our very breath, and He hears our cries. He loves the widows, those who are completely dependent on Him for all things, man or woman for widow in His eyes means that. And that is what He desires to do in each of our lives.
At some point the body above along with our head, Jesus, will rise, and the body on earth will meet Him; becoming one completely with Him.
My thought is that we will share then in His victory if we have been taught of Him, and by Him. This is the Living way.

I believe Jesus is leading you and he is working in your life. There is no scripture that says Jesus is our Sabbath only that he is the Lord of the Sabbath meaning that He is the God of creation. The Sabbath Day is a memorial of creation and Jesus is the maker of this Day. He made it for us and asks us to keep this day as a Holy day (not Sunday). It is a sign that His people worship the only true God of creation (Eze 20:20). We follow Jesus because we love him.

It is good that you read God's Word for yourself. This is the only way we can find Jesus and if we are sincerely asking him he promises to show us through His Word what His truth is (John 14:26; 16:13; 7:17)

God's Law is our schoolmaster to bring us to Jesus.
Yes no man can come to the father unless he draws them by the faith that comes from hearing God. If we begin with the faith of Christ he will finish His work of working in us to both will and do His good pleasure James 2 calls it a imputed righteousness and not after the imaginations of our own deceitful hearts that are desperately wicked and beyond repair as in who could know it. He gives us a new incorruptible heart and a new spirit that will never die or grow old
Without the faith of Christ, as the work of Christ by which we can beleive God that works in us, we would not know what God’s law is to begin with

THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT THESE BELIEVERS RECEIVED, EMPOWERED THEM TO DO IN ACCORDANCE TO THE TRUTH OF THE SCRIPTURE AND HAVING ONE MIND AND SPIRIT AGREED TO SELL THEIR POSSESSIONS AND SHARE WHATEVER THEY HAVE TO EVERYONE.

Peter asked her, “Tell me, is this the price you and Ananias got for the land?” “Yes,” she said, “that is the price.” Peter said to her, “How could you agree to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look! The feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.” At that moment she fell down at his feet and died. Then the young men came in and, finding her dead, carried her out and buried her beside her husband. Great fear seized the whole church and all who heard about these events.
THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT THESE BELIEVERS RECEIVED, EMPOWERED THEM TO DO IN ACCORDANCE TO THE TRUTH OF THE SCRIPTURE AND HAVING ONE MIND AND SPIRIT AGREED TO SELL THEIR POSSESSIONS AND SHARE WHATEVER THEY HAVE TO EVERYONE.
ARE WE REALLY SONS OF GOD? DID WE RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT THROUGH OUR FAITH?(gal 3:14)
SHOULD WE THEN IGNORE OR REJECT THE WORD, THE TEACHINGS AND COMMANDS OF JESUS/GOD?

John 6:66-67 From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him. “YOU DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE TOO, DO YOU?” Jesus asked the Twelve.
If you aren't born from above, you better obey the law and be perfect concerning it. Otherwise, hear Him by His Voice, and see the rhema of the scriptures. For being born again is higher than laws that only affect the outer man.
Just a tidbit though....there is much wisdom in all the scriptures if you see them pointing to Jesus. He being the very living Torah now.
