I have so many and I can't chose among them. One is: Visiting the zoo and playing all such of games with friends.

What lessons have you learned from your parents?

Oh goodness! Too many...I'm homeschooled, so my parents have taught me MOST of what I know :p. From talking and walking to reading and writing and what really living the Christian life looked like.

I want to reuse that question! :)

Many important things in life, like informing me that you can detach the little man from a set of practice chopsticks and just insert the restaurant's chopsticks into the little man's legs instead and pull them out when I don't need them anymore. Saved me a whole lot of time washing chopsticks!

I'll reuse that reused question, cuz why not?

My mother taught me to read before I went to school. I don't mean just my name, or simple words like "cat" and "mat". I was a reader before going to school. I was set up for academic success from the start. I don't recall this, but my Kindergarten teacher was convinced she had a child genius on her hands because my first sentence in school was "The bug has infection." Really, though, I was just a reader. I am very grateful to this day for her teaching me to read.

Ocean or desert?

Good for you.

I would choose desert. I am not fond of large bodies of water beyond the point of looking at them.

what was something your family did as a tradition that one day you might like to carry on? perhaps already do

I have not listed all the books I have read, as I have read many from libraries and can not recall the titles. I have not listed all the books I would like to read, as there are many books I am not aware of that I would probably like to read. Why?

My dad taught me to read, and count, before I went to kindergarten, and in first grade I could read so well that the fifth grade teacher would come down to my class, and pull me out of class, and take me to her class, and set me on her lap,and I would read to the fifth graders.

But I was also one to be on the funny side, and I knew what I was reading, but I would change the words and make up a story that was either funnier,or scarier, but mainly funnier.

I was always asked to read in school because of my ability to read "with expression". My fourth grade teacher, Mr. Civitelli was a yankee and pleased as punch when I pronounced salmon correctly with a silent "l". I didn't get the big deal, but he was happy. We would read books to the kids in the lower grades and that was always fun.

Some people keep a list to the best of their ability. Would be interesting(to me anyway) to see your list. You and Mr Des are some of my favorites to read posts from. I would be interested to see either lists to be honest. If such a one existed

I keep track on Goodreads. I don't use the social feature there, as it doesn't really seem user friendly. I think if you friend people on goodreads, then you can see their shelves. There are shelves for books you've read, books you want to read, and books you are currently reading. I've been cataloguing my books read by going through the books I own and packing them (not getting rid of them, mind you) I found out that I have two or three copies of the same book in many cases, so did put my spares in the Goodwill (any progress is better than none). My user name is Kelly (my first name) and my avatar is the one I used here, myself with red hair. You can friend me and see my shelves. I have not written many reviews, though.

What was the final commandment JESUS CHRIST our PRECIOUS LORD gave to the Church before HE went to Heaven?
