For the born again believer salvation is eternal this IS the gospel and there is no other.

AMEN.....eternal, forever and everlasting speak for themselves......none of them equate to temporary and or conditional.....Believe and acknowledge Jesus by faith = eternal, everlasting life, justification, sanctification and sealed in Christ.......forever sanctified in Christ....and God's mercy endures forever....and his grace out bounds our sin when we sin.....end of story

Amen...and if we would spend our time preaching and teaching Christ Himself and all that He has already done - then we will have the faith and the grace to walk free of being deceived by the flesh to do "it's" desires. Walking by the spirit is the only way to do this.

Walking by the spirit is walking by who we are in Christ - joined as one spirit with the Lord forever. Sealed by the Holy Spirit.

All this talk of works and losing salvation is just a product of the enemy to get us side-tracked from learning of Christ and seeing Him for what He has already done for us and getting us to rely on our own selves and righteousness. It is a ploy of the enemy.

We need to be boldly proclaiming Christ and Him crucified and us dying with Him on the cross and being raised to newness of life because we are one spirit with Him.

Feed Christians the proper nutrients of the love and grace of God in Christ so that they will be built on the foundation of Christ alone - then the warning scriptures will have their proper place.

Without the foundation in Christ's work alone for life and living - the warning scriptures can be used to beat the sheep and bring fear and dis-trust in our Father and Lord and distort our perception of their true nature and the love and grace that is abundantly supplied towards us who believe.

You see, what a lot of folk do not understand is that it is not just the Word of God that you are referring to but it is Ellen White's writings that the SDA church hold to be co-authoritative with the Bible.

AMEN.....all glory goes to God dia JESUS.......it is all the work of GOD.....only JESUS can save eternally....when we start interjecting self and our works, abilities etc....we devalue the work and faith of Christ......we taint what he has done and in so doing make his work and sacrifice void.......!

True biblical belief is of the heart - not in the head or mind. God looks on the heart - man look on the outward appearance.

Getting "saved" is simple but it is not cheap - It cost our Lord His life and Blood to "obtain eternal redemption" for us. Hebrews 9:12

The process is simple too.

1) we hear the message of Christ - the gospel of our salvation in Him

2) we believe the message from our hearts

3) we were sealed with the Holy Spirit

( Jesus said in John 14:16 that the Holy Spirit will be with us and in us forever - now was Jesus lying or is he like a "bait and switch" car salesman that has "fine print" which He doesn't talk about )

Ephesians 1:13 (NASB)

 you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, = 3)

you were sealed = aorist indicative tense / passive voice = a one time event in the past.

Passive voice = the sealing was not done by us but by an outside force - the Holy Spirit Himself.

AMEN.....you know I spent 5 months down under and had numerous chats with Aussies.....and very few had any understanding of the bible.....I was actually in Westfield in Penrith, and had a reporter from the Penrith Press? approach me and grill me on my view of gay marriage.....WHAT are the ODDS of that.....by the time I got done she was hightailing it out of the mall headed for the coast.......HAHA I love Stralia and Aussies.....I hate to see anyone BOUND down under a syste that they cannot keep.....tragic...!

its a sad state in australia unfortunately many samoans who are born there are also brainwashed into that secularism. did u serve in da military or is that just a photo of someone else? if u did God bless u and thanks for da service many usos also served in da U.S military from american samoa.

I don't even know who these people are, but apparently most here do.

LoveGodForever does NOT POST White's writings.
If I'm not mistaken, he posts directly from the bible.

So, I'd have to say that , Yes, when we do not agree with a scripture, we do not agree with God's word.
The disagreement is not with the person posting.

Not real positive as I have only dealt with a few....they all have had a works flavored salvation of some sort and pushed the Sabbath.....
