Not necessarily. Some of God's people - the unprofittable servants were judged and punished, those remaining began to call God Ishi.

John 15:14-15 KJV
Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. [15] Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

Henceforth I call you not SERVANTS... servants work for their LORD. At that point Jesus called them FRIENDS. John the baptist said "The FRIEND of the bridegroom rejoiceth greatly..."
 
The bible goes to great lengths to pound into our head that the day of the Lord is darkness, bitterness, NO LIGHT, no hope in it. The day of Christ is LIGHT, it CAN NOT be the day of the Lord or else the bible lied.

Read the passage carefully. He sits as God. He's opposed to God and exalts himself above God and everything that is worshiped.

Again, from the interlinear:

2 Thes 2:4 ...he opposing and exalting himself over everything being called God, or object of worship, so as him in the temple of God as God to sit, showing himself that he is a God."

Titus did exactly that. He showed that he was a god. The text doesn't say how long he stays in the temple exalting himself, does it? Here's what Josephus said. What else are we missing?

AND now the Romans, upon the flight of the seditious into the city, and upon the burning of the holy house itself, and of all the buildings round about it, brought their ensigns to the temple and set them over against its eastern gate; and there did they offer sacrifices to them, and there did they make Titus imperator with the greatest acclamations of joy.

Jackson123 take a look at the parable about servants in mind, they will help you understand... especially the unprofitable servant because this gives us the time frame of the servants judgement.

Matthew 25:30 KJV
And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The temple of God has been the human body ever since Jesus died and probably was before that but I can't prove it from the bible yets. Titus DID NOT sit in the heart of the believer.
 
Maybe take a different view of the man of sin... look at him from the point of view of the son of perdition. Judas was called the son of perdition and he fits the man of sin to a T.

Here's the fate of the priests:

On the fifth day afterward, the priests that were pined with the famine came down, and when they were brought to Titus by the guards, they begged for their lives; but he replied, that the time of pardon was over as to them, and that this very holy house, on whose account only they could justly hope to be preserved, was destroyed; and that it was agreeable to their office that priests should perish with the house itself to which they belonged. Titus destroy the temple, is that mean he set in the temple?

to me set in the temple mean use the temple AS an office or Reign from the temple.

Spiritually we are the temple, yes. But the passage in question isn't dealing with the spiritual. It deals with the literal and visible. Paul gives it as a visible sign for people to see and understand.
 
Titus was the Minister Of God

Romans 13
1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

Titus was the first foreign leader since Antiochus to enter the holy of holies (as far as I know, please correct me if I'm wrong). Having anyone other than the high priest enter the HOH once a year, especially a Gentile who thinks he's a god is a really big deal to the Jews. They went to war over far less of an insult.

Agreed, the phrase "as Got to sit" means he assumed the office of the Jewish God for that moment. We have no passage giving us the length of time he did this. He did it long enough to have it recorded in history and for the Jews to know. What else do you need?
 
In revelation 13, during tribulation, the beast force people to take the mark 666, or they can not buy or sale.

I do not think It happen in AD 70

I believe the Bible mention there are 2 beast. The second beast reign from the temple for 3 1/2 years.

prior to that It must be first beast

both of them have authority to all nations

I do not know If Titus rule the whole world.

Did China was under Titus?

I never related this passage specifically to Titus but to Roman rule in general. Remember the trick the religious leaders tried to play on Christ?

They said to Him, “Caesar’s.” And He said to them, “Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

There is no doubt in my mind that God used Titus to execute His wrath judgment upon the wicked of that day, having got His people out of the city first. God very often used a foreign power to punish wicked Israel. This was no different.

Everything we are told to expect about this period of time happened precisely the way it was foretold. Yet many do not understand this because they never studied the destruction and desolation of Jerusalem in detail. Since they didn't, they require a new temple and another man of sin to destroy it.
