Tomi Cwm. (Of Whitland and Cardigan Railway fame). He was known for being a calm character... He was a plate layer and once when the mechanised trolley they were riding on went out of control all others jumped off. He still stayed sitting on the sleepers stacked on the trolley.... The trolley smashed straight through the crossing gates and came to a stop half way down the station. The stationmasters wife came running out. He lit his pipe, turned to her and said "Damp morning isn't it?"

Spirulina, it's a blue-green algae. Lol I'm not a fan of the taste but it's full of nutrients. I put the powder in smoothies or take it in pill form. That's the only sea food I eat
