My back has been bothering me an awful lot the last few days. :( I cannot wait to get my new pain free body..

I just took 3 tart cherry capsules and 1 HUGE and icky-tasting turmeric tablet. Hopefully they'll help with the inflammation and arthritis in my back. I'm too young to be having so much pain. :/

No, it's hereditary. My entire family has bad backs, bad EVERYTHING.. And I can't even lift a jug of water.. I avoid all heavy lifting..

I think stress contributes to back pain. Maybe you've been stressed. Or heavy lifting.

I'm sure it probably does. I've been quite stressed out lately.. But I also have arthritis in my back, along with bulging disks and degenerative disc disease.. I'm literally a hot mess.. LOL

But maybe stress adds to the problem.

Never heard of it..he probably hasn't either..lol

My doctors are useless.. :/

I manage with tart cherry, turmeric, honey, maple syrup and ibuprofen. Those are all anti-inflammatories.. :)
