2 Timothy 3

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. 9But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

All Scripture is God-Breathed
10But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, 11Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me. 12Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. 13But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 14But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Last days began in Acts 2..

I agree, but I think we are outnumbered on CC.

I don't think "the end" (the actual end) is imminent, but of course that doesn't mean we should just sit back and watch.
Question is: What specifically should we be doing?

I think God gave us different personalities to fit different tasks, but sometimes it can be difficult to figure out what one's own task is

The last days may have indeed begun in acts but we are in what I call the end of the last days, technically the last days does not mean the end times exactly it really pertains to a time of a generation who will see the signs of the end times it doesn't necessarily mean that that generation will live to see the end times come to pass.

i believe we are nearing the end....

Do everything you are commanded to do... or not do as per Scripture.

7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Since the first step in obtaining knowledge is learning that you don't know that you don't know. But since you don't see that in the scriptures then it must not be God-breathed because he who is of God hears God's words since it is written:

"I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth." 1 John 2:21

But of course you already knew that because you have been anointed by the Holy One and you know all things. John 15:22

New International Version
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come

the end will not come before the gospel preached to all nation

preached, doesn't mean accepted.

as long as preached to all nation

is in the end time the gospel will be accept by majority ? Let see what the Bible say

matt 24

12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

what happen if majority accept Jesus, must be obedience and more love, not lawlessness love grow cold

these verses tell that though Bible being preached to all nation, but majority will rejected

if one say there will be great revival in the end time, we better remember these verses.

yes the gospel will be preached to all nation, but will be rejected

then the end shall come

We all only have today.... tomorrow may be the end for some, who knows? No one knows when our time on earth is over. Do you not need to be ready now? However when he comes, many will be surprised because he will come as a thief in the night. Before he come the majority will be saying where is the sign of his coming because all things continue as before. The same majority will be crying peace and safety, then sudden destruction will come....
