VCO Genesis 12 still does not talk about the state of Israel. I can see it is a rain on the israeli parade when none of the places mentioned in Isaiah 11:11 are even close to Germany or Russia.

It is fine I will not be mad if you do not read my posts VCO, the christianity you hold to is very foreign and new and there is not much for us to discuss. I can never imagine Jesus siding with an earthly nation, all of which are evil.
Galatians 4:24-26 "Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all."

He means Titus the guy who led Rome to invade Jerusalem.
Not the Titus who Paul wrote to.
I know, I was making the point that Titus doens't fit the bill for the only definition of a son of perdition that we have in the bible.... Titus wasn't the man of sin.

it's tricky, because the language is a bit exact KJV.
But from Hebrews (circa AD60) we can glean that
1) The Temple was still fully functioning
2) That the old covenant, though obsolete, had not passed away
and, I believe,
3) that continued blood sacrifices kept the old covenant alive
As Paul knew the destruction of the Temple was imminent, he knew the old covenant would soon pass away. And as Galatians tells us, if you obey the Law, it has force
Galatians 3:10For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.”
So I still believe that it was the destruction of the Temple, which ended blood sacrifices, which in turn terminated the Old Covenant.

You don't need to be a fake Christian to be an AntiChrist. But, we aren't talking about antiChrists, we are talking about Sons of Perdition. Both Titus and Judas fit the definition and so do most of the religious leaders of the day as Christ condemned them to hell right to their faces.

Actually in the case of Titus, he stood in the temple showing himself to be God and accepting the sacrifices and worship of his men as God. Later he challenge God to fight him and claimed that he killed God. That would sorta qualify him as an antichrist also.

The daily sacrifice is taken away and then 43 months later the abomination that makes desolate is set up.
