Shrume,
Christ was revealed as a bright light, just as God often times revealed Himself in the OT.
After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory.
This Light?
“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”
This Light?
at midday, O king, along the road I saw a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, shining around me and those who journeyed with me.
According to Josephus, they indeed "saw the Light."
at the ninth hour of the night, so great a light shone round the altar and the holy house, that it appeared to be bright day time; which lasted for half an hour.
Everybody saw it.
There was. Vespasian surrounded the city in 66 AD. In the middle of the 7 years, the temple and city were destroyed. The war ended in 73 AD when Titus broke through at Masada.
This idea contradicts scripture. The Kingdom does not come with observation. Also, Acts 7 makes clear that God will never dwell in a temple made with hands. He reigns from Heaven.
‘Heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool. What house will you build for Me? says the Lord, Or what is the place of My rest?
Christ was given the Kingdom upon His ascension as recorded in Dan 7.
[SUP]13 [/SUP]“I was watching in the night visions, And behold, One like the Son of Man, Coming with the clouds of heaven! He came to the Ancient of Days, And they brought Him near before Him. [SUP]14 [/SUP]Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, Which shall not pass away, And His kingdom the one Which shall not be destroyed.
He is the chief cornerstone of the spiritual temple of which we are all a part. Paul teaches this over and over again.
[SUP]16 [/SUP]Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
[SUP]19 [/SUP]Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:“I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.”
We can see clearly that we are already the Temple of God and that God dwells in us. The bigger spiritual lessons in the NT concerning these things is often lost on the pre-trib futurist.
