I have been trying to encourage all of you to consider the fact that Jesus did Not say "I will build my CHURCH."
He actually said, "I will build my ASSEMBLY" - singular.
The Greek word did not mean CHURCH, which is only a substitution for ASSEMBLY.
ASSEMBLY is the sum total of both O.T. True Believers and N.T. True Believers.
Now your discussion is degenerating into a mud slinging competition.
May I suggest that you take a long look in the mirror, before you throw the next handful of mud.
Rather than without parables Christ spoke not it could be rendered with Anthropomorphism Christ spoke not.
It’s His bride, wife or church as His assembly. The spiritual house of God is made up of many lively stones . Its all one in the same .The place was finished being prepared when he said it is finished. It fulfilled the promise of the saints on the other side of the cross of those waiting for a suffering savior. They in there new spirits that could never die. They entered the place as His promised glory in 1 Peter 1:11. He had prepared the new Jerusalem as the mother of us all .This is in respect to the new name He promised to name his bride the church that he called Christian... not of the flesh as a outward Jew….previously called Israel or Jacob but in respect to a inward Jew born again of the Spirit of Christ.
He did not leave them in the grave but called them out …Come forth giving them ears to hear..
Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am the LORD,
when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, And
shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you
in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD. Eze 37:11
He of his own free will gave up His Spirit as a witness it was finished. The veil was rent from the top to the bottom (70 feet) indicating he came for the one time demonstration (spiritual work not seen) of the lamb of God who was slain from the foundation of the world, the six days he was working and they entered the city that was now prepared by the living sacrifice… never to appear in the flesh for ever more.
1Pe 1:11 Searching what, or what manner of time the
Spirit of Christ which was
in them did signify, when
it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.
2Co 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
God is not a man as us never was never could be. God remains without beginning of Spirit life or end thereof. He has no mother of father.
Jer 31:22 How long wilt thou go about, O thou backsliding daughter? for the LORD hath created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man.
For
thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called. For the LORD
hath called thee "as a woman" forsaken and grieved in spirit, and
a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.Isa 54:5
For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth. And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and
thou shalt be called by a new name,
(Christian) which the mouth of the LORD shall name.{
Acts 11:26)Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married. For as a
young man marrieth a virgin,
so shall thy sons marry
thee: and as the bridegroom (Christ)rejoiceth over the bride(the church) , so shall thy God rejoice over thee.Isa 62:1
